Chen Junwei was first taken aback, then he looked at Lang Zhen and Mi Yunshan warily.
"They won't say anything," Feng Jun spoke calmly, "I have confidence in my people."
He wasn't absolutely confident, though. Lang Zhen was someone he could basically trust, but Mi Yunshan... it was hard to say.
However, having already decided to develop his base on this plane, he had to have his own inner circle.
Usually, building a base group requires observing people for a while to gauge their character, but Feng Jun didn't have that luxury of time.
Moving between two planes, he was destined to age faster than others. Time was life and he couldn't afford to waste it.
Chen Junwei hesitated for a moment before cautiously voicing a reminder, "The one who destroyed the Hundred Flowers Tower is a cultivator in the 'Chu Chen' period."
Lang Zhen and Mi Yunshan looked utterly bewildered: What are you two talking about?
"Oh, 'Chu Chen' period," Feng Jun nodded unflustered.
