"ALISON, HOLD ON." Someone tried opening her eyelids, nothing. He shouted close to her ears, nothing. "Alison, can you hear me? I need you to stay awake." He picked up her hand above her face, and it fell with gravity, smack. Unresponsive, someone calls an ambulance, now.
Everything was blurry; every time she tried to pry her eyes open, she barely could see that pain inside burned. Where did it come from? Its origins were unknown for her; the only thing she was aware of was the revenge it roared to take, but she did nothing to deserve this pain she felt. It wasn't her fault.
She felt hands touch her skin, so many hands pressed against her skin, and in the background of the person speaking to her, asking her to wake was a cry, was someone crying? Why? Why were they crying?
Her body felt like it was being lifted and pushed on a surface she didn't recognise. All her mind could concentrate on was the pain, the pain that roared in her abdomen.
