She'd always thought dying would be easy, you grow old, live your life to the fullest and eventually you died. Peacefully.
There was nothing peaceful about her death. Her death it was messy and chaotic. Tragic in a way. Dying with a broken-heart, it was worse than being murdered by another, at least then you didn't have a choice.
Dying is a messy and often painful process. Fools make romance of death, for it is brutal and cruel. That she could say be at peace with her passing is not such a thing. But once it is done, she will be safe and sound once more. She will live as long as she can, be with them as many days as they are sent, then keep her in their good memories. She will see them again. Eventually.
