I rushed up to him and punched his chest. "Do you know how angry I was when you just left, huh?" I shout and still punching him.
I can hear him complaining, but I don't care. You should feel how angry I was!
"Okay okay, I'm sorry!" he said, while blocking my punch.
"And you got a lot of explaining!" I said, the he smiled nervously.
"I know, that's why I came back, okay?" He said.
We went to the garden, I told the maids to get us some refreshments.
"Wow, you're now used to this?" He asked with a smirking face.
"Well, I have to." I said, and throw at a tissue at his face.
"What's this for?" he asked, while raising the tissue.
"It's for your face, wipe that smirk off..." I said, then he laughed.
The maids arrived with our refreshments. Killian got tea, while mine was orange juice.
"So, what do you want to know?" He asked. I've got a lot to ask.
"From the start. Why didn't you tell me about Sir Adair?" I asked, he stopped sipping from his tea.
"Because, I don't want you to worry. And Crusthane City is also filled with drunkards, you might attract them." he said while sipping his tea again.
"Killian, I don't care about those drunkard. I'm more worried about you doing this alone!" I said and slammed the table.
Killian flinched, I also saw the maids flinched. So, I gestured them to leave, and they left.
"Princess, you don't have to worry about me. I'm strong enough to beat a hundred dark sorcerers." He laughed at what he said, but I just stared at him. Is worrying about him funny?
"If I tell you about Father, I know you would come."
"Of course, I want to help finding Sir Adair! He was also my Father, Killian." I said and looked at him intently.
Killian sighed. "You don't understand, Prince-"
"Stop calling me a princess!" I furiously said.
"I have to, since you're now the Princess Lenria, that was gone years ago." He coldly said.
"They took Father, to get some information of you, the man behind this knows that we have you." Ha! These damn sorcerers, wait till I get my hands on the man behind this.
"I should've been dead, so that they won't take Sir Adair." I said. However, Killian took my hand harshly. I winced in pain.
"Don't you ever say that..." Say what? That I should've been dead? If I was found dead, they won't take Sir Adair as a hostage. Killian would have been living peacefully.
"What are you talking about? I know that you're thinking the same thing, Killian!" I screamed and freed my hand from him.
"That's where your wrong, because I have never regretted that you lived with us!" Killian shouted back, and that made me shut up.
"I know, I was being a brat to you years ago, but I have never ever wished Thalia, that you would be better off dead." he softly said, Killian's eyes showed pain and sadness.
"I-I'm sorry, I didn't mean to say that. I was just furious." I said and lowered my head.
"I know, but still I can't bring you with me, whether you like it or not." He said, and left like just a bubble.
I just stare at the empty seat where Killian was sitting. I couldn't help but sighed, I was right too though. If I just died from the hands of that man, Killian wouldn't be suffering right now.
And, shouldn't I help him? Since it was my fault in the first place for Sir Adair being kidnapped?
*******
"That silly girl! What is she thinking?" I furiously said. I stomped my way to my room, servants were scarily looking at me.
"Woah, you got some temper there." a man behind me said.
"Ha!what are you talking about?" I looked behind me, and saw Marquis Henry.
"You should see your face. You're like ready to kill someone if someone dares to hurt your precious princess." Henry said and smirk.
"Wha-what are you talking about?" damn, why am I flustered? Ah, of course, whoever hurts Thalia would get a piece of me.
"Thalia is Princess Lenria, remember that." Henry said.
I just stared at him, thinking why'd he say that.
"I know you're thinking why I'd say that. Maybe one day, you'll understand." He continued as he walked near beside me and grab my arm.
"What do you mean?" I asked. However, he just looked at me and left me hanging.
I stared at his back while walking away. I know Thalia is a princess, so what is he talking about?
"Killian?" I flinched and quickly looked behind me.
"You, why are you scaring me like that?" I said and pointed her.
"I-I'm sorry, I didn't mean to." she nervously said and bowed.
"I'm sorry too. I didn't mean to shout at you Lady Anne." I said and grabbed her hand to kiss. Don't get this the wrong way, I'm just showing my gentleman side.
"Oh-oh no! It's okay! It was clearly my fault." she apologized again.
"May I ask, why are you here Lady Anne?" I asked, and she nervously laughed.
"I came here to see you, Killian." she bluntly said. Why is she here to see me?
"Whatever may be your reasons Lady Anne, but I can't accompany you today." I rejected her coolly. I looked at her face, but she was still smiling.
"I know you're not busy, Killian." She said. What's with her?
"I am, so please-" I was cut off by her sudden hug.
"Please Killian, I remember when we were kids, you always wanted to play with me!" What the? What is she talking about suddenly.
I looked at the servants, but it seems they weren't looking at us, instead it was behind me. So, I looked behind seeing,
"Thalia?!"
