Life~~is. .like...a..dream..Nothing happens as...you..~~~expect~~~
The radio was on, songs were playing loudly. Nothing was off to the chart. Loki was idly seating on the seat next to the driver's seat. The weather was calm although the gust of wind passed by at a times. The night had fallen already. The sky was clear as it should be, the growling of wild animals can be heard from a distance, probably coming from the forest. Even though the truck appeared half-ass, it was running at a speed of sixty kilometers per hour. The cheeky song that was coming out of the old radio irritated Loki. On the other side, the old was swinging his head back and forth as the song processed. Loki spoke out as he couldn't tolerant the dong anymore.
"Man, please change the song. It's giving a headache. I don't know but it's making me really angry."
The old wasn't paying much attention to him as he was deep driven by the song. Humans can't concentrate on two things at once. At most some people could do that but it would be tough for them. The old man was no exception to this. He was concentrating on driving. Although he was also feeling the song deep inside of him. It wasn't sure how he was able to do so.
Loki was puffing with anger. " Hey, old man! I said to change the song or turn off the radio."
Loki shouted unusually. As the old man wasn't anticipating this, he jumped on a little bit and said, " Don't yell at like that. It certainly gave me a heart attack. I'm at the end of my life now. Slowly but surely, I'm on my way to die. If you are saying that then I would turn down the radio." He said in a somewhat fearful way. His pale eyes were always locked in front. Whatever he was doing, he would never avert his sights, not for once.
Loki also noticed it but he didn't seem interested in it. The old man lowered the volume but didn't change the channel. Like before the old man began tilting his head back and forth in a synchronized way. The night was getting deeper. The moon was bright, its silvery light basks the road.
With a sudden break the truck stopped, the old man pressed the brake way too hard. By analyzing how the brake occurred it seemed like an unexpected brake. It wasn't a brake that should happen in the middle of the road.
Loki almost hit his head on the front glass.
His furious nature appeared again.
"What the hell old fa---" He stopped midway as he saw the terrific look on the old man's face.
Sweats were visible on his forehead.
Loki followed his sights to where it ended. A creature was standing on the road as if it was his empire and he was the king of it. His brown flurry hair was shining by the moonlight. The tail of his was laid on the ground level. The more you look at him the more you could he his pride and confidence. Both Loki and the old man froze in their place. Neither they could say anything nor do anything. All they could do was glare at him.
