Within 24 hours, Ericka Jason, the director of Interpol, and all their field operations had accomplished something that no one had ever done in France.
On that morning nearly 36 hours earlier, she got all the task forces of all the branches in the French government and assigned them a partition of the operation. The more than a thousand ICA members scattered all across the country were apprehended in less than 12 hours since the operation began.
For those that resisted, deadly force was used as they lay on the tarmac or wherever they were lifeless.
The country was shocked by that action and everyone thought that it had something to do with the death of President Aristotle Beaumont. And even the government officials didn't know what was going on when asked to shed light on why the different task force teams had new vehicles and they acted like the country was ruled by a dictator.
