Chapter 27 - New companion

"Commander Dra we have something to say", Angel Copper's sound was shuddering and made him sneer. Commander's garden was the last place they could guess.

He turned back to them. The sneer changed to a serious face with a frown, "Don't tell me that you lost the girl".

The two angels looked at each other, "We did and found no sign of her", Angel silver said shamelessly

"So embarrassing, I warned you she is a humankind and you can't handle it, but you persisted to do that."

"We are truly sorry", Copper said.

"She was here, I've sent her back, but you'll be punished for two weeks I'll send you to guard over Dwarves, already no complain is accepted, now get out of my face". They obeyed although being so disgusted toward the command.

"The time Asaya put her quill down and fell asleep I knew that cold was me, standing right next to her, I don't even know how I was able to read the ancient language but now I know. The knowledge of angels. Something was stranger yet. I could have felt her pain and emotions, her sorrow made my heartache, I could have seen how she was trying to control her rage. So when it is going to stop?"

Angel Keen whispered and flew down on the roof of the merchant Shareeq house. Her golden armor appeared through her chest. A golden ring shape armlet was on her right arm. She squeezed the grip of her weapon, at the thought of what she heard. The truth that she knew, but already wasn't able to do anything.

She gazed at the city she was locked in. Everything concealed under the snow, but then the snow got slush and turned to raindrops. This circle has continued since she stepped there as a ghost. She moved to Asaya's room again.

Glared at her and wanted to hold her so tight and tell her that, "I wish I was as brave as you in hard times", She was hiding her emotions toward Kevin and she wasn't able to see him anymore, it was burning so brightly inside her. Like the star Dra attached to her soul. She didn't even belong to the world she was living in once.

She went closer to touch her but then wished hadn't done that. Although she knew she was forced to do it. Making connections with Asaya was a part of her orders. So the orders were pushing her to do what the heavens will. Didn't matter she is ready or not anyways she had to face them.

Angel Keen was transported to her dream world, where her soul was traveling. She was inside her secrets suddenly. It was a spring night. She was standing near the lantern wishes. The angel approached her.

"What did you wish?" She asked.

"Experiencing a pure love, I'm curious how does it taste", she shrugged still glaring at her lantern which was moving through the water surface.

"Even if tastes unpleasant do you still want it?" She knew the answer.

"Yes, but who are you?" Her eyes rolled to her, amazed by seeing the angel. She was injecting her peace.

"The person you asked for help, call me Keen". She smiled gently.

"Will you help me find the crown prince? And this battle?" Her eyes glittered supposed to say they found hope. Right across her sight.

"I'll do as far as I'm allowed." She got closer and reached a handout and touched her cheek. Grabbed the drop of a tear falling.

"Wake up, Asaya". The angel in golden armor warned her.

Asaya woke up. And stood up, marveled, and ran to mirror. She looked into the person in the mirror and said, "I can hear a voice inside me, but I don't know whose voice! It's like being possessed by a nomad soul in pain, but I don't know the cause of pain."

"You think I'm a ghost? Nice and now how should I explain myself," she sighed then said, "You got to be kidding", angel Keen added.

She realized that she can feel the new companion and that's how angel Asana Keen became the Narrator's fellowship. It was like an ancient individuality within her, trying to make her write down her story. Now that her soul was wandering, fate has led her to this condition to show the truth and create the unknown ending.

"Kidding? Who are you?" Asaya dreaded didn't like unseen creatures. Drew out her sword.

"I will, but not now, you are not ready yet", Angel keen narrowed her eyebrows. It wasn't a proper welcome.

"Who are you? A magician? I remember your voice you were in my dream a minute ago. But don't remember anything else. And why are you so similar to me?"

Angel Keen smiled bitterly and told her, "I'm just a regular girl from a land far away with deep wounds made of love in her heart, and the only cure for my pain was the secret love that I can't express. But still fooling around to make people smile and you are one of them."

She came two steps closer, but still couldn't see the angel and didn't remember her name.

"So you are a clown? At least tell me your name".

Angel Keen gaffed! "A clown, I can be, but you call me Keen, and please put down your sword away it doesn't worth a penny to me".

"What is penny then?" She was enormously astounded.

"Ah I forgot you don't know what it is, I mean it doesn't work on me". She smiled, she needed time to settle with her new life.

Asaya thought that was a funny person not coaxing to deceive her.

"Listen Asaya, focus on your mission then I'll let you see me. You called for help, but you also should help me so it is a win-win deal".

"How do you know about my mission?"

"Guardian angels know every single thing".

"So will you give me a hand tonight?" She pleaded somehow.

But no answer came to her question. Angel Keen flew out. Already needed to survey around. She couldn't give her the slip in no time at all. Not till her heart filled with light.

Asaya was awake and unaware that she is making much of the noises. Someone knocked on the door she guarded again. "Asaya are you up?" Oria murmured.

"I am...Oria come in", Asaya let out a breath, quickly drew back her sword.

She entered rapidly and closed the door. "Why are you shouting? Why did you unsheathe your sword?" She pointed to her hand.

She approached and touched her sweating skin and added, "Girl you are burning in a fever".

Asaya shoved her hand smoothly away and held them in hers.

"I was dreaming and, I saw a girl who looked almost like me and said she is coming from a land far away and she only has one common thing with me and that's her love which is the only cure she has for her wounds and pain."

"So it is a good sign we are receiving help, maybe from heaven court", she said eagerly. But Asaya hadn't the same idea. What was that win-win condition? What was her desire?
