Asana shifted her eyes on the map, on the top of it you could see that it had written, "Earth map". She seized on it to see more details, but couldn't still believe her eyes. Blinked for a few times and murmured, "Only one continent! The rest all water and frozen lands."
The map of drylands got a bird shape. The northern part belonged to immortal alchemists and magician fays and bolded as forbidden areas. It was the bird's chest to up its head the largest part. On the west part ghouls and pixies were living! East and south belonged to humans. The moment she started reading didn't know all these lands she talked about placed in a different position and not like the earth she came from.
"Am I in a world of fantasy? If I'm dead here might be my hell or heaven!" She rolled her eyes up and cried out, "Listen to dear heaven court or anyone who these people believe in you, I'm deeply warning, unless you are completely in a hole by my current claim towards you and I'll accept only good things from you as my refine, if you don't mind to make this wish come true you may consider me as a dangerous menace".
She sighed folded her hands into her breast line and when the sky roared and the widows shivered she made a face and continued, "It didn't scare me and I'll stay on my words since you kept me locked here for the reason that I don't know what it is! It's specified to me that you need me, but I won't let you make me a room's spirit to scare people! So let's make it clear for the sake of your throne! Or I'll keep cursing you so demons who are against you will become stronger with each!" She babbled while shaking her leg like a child who's making her wish list ready and planning to bring up a rebel if no one pays attention. The way she was acting more went like a six years old girl, not a 22 one!
"Finish the diary and I'll bring you to me", a cooed female voice stated. Asana jumped up like a cat which was just frightened after seeing you threw a cucumber at it!
"Are… you… god?" She drawled her words, cutting out.
"No, I'm not, but you are so stupid to blame heaven court for humans' mistake!" She made fun of Asana, but what was she? Asana couldn't see her only her voice echoed inside the room.
"So what are you? Am I dreaming? Or all this world and these creatures written here are for real? I'm not mad, right?" She doubted, thought that it must be all her illusions and she's locked up in a bughouse!
"You have any questions! Although that I believe you are mad and not the right person for this gift I must let you know that it is all real so gather yourself up and read the notes… get ready for the gifts coming to you very soon".
"Hey tell me what it is? Which gift are you talking about? I'm a ghost this ain't a gift give me wings instead I may believe you! If heaven court chicken out then what?" She was shouting and insisting to get answers, but no response came afterward. She had only one choice, to finish the notes so got back to reading. Anyway, she was still curious about Asaya!
"Zia bounced up on the roof, puffed in the air, "Dear me, if I believed in heaven court I would say they made up a good job by creating here this beautiful".
"What are you doing here?" I asked, wasn't eager because highly wanted to see who Mr. Weirdo is. Already he claimed that he knows my father. Did he bring us here as the king's spy? If so why would he run away? And many other questions.
"A right question is what are you doing here Asaya? Father saw you leaving and asked me to come after you". He walked close to me his head bent on mine with that suspicious glares sneered and said, "Who was here?" then the smile faded away. He could become a handsome tremendous detective in my opinion. I didn't know why he is looking at me otherwise…
"Why didn't you come to feast with me?" His eyes got wide opened then turned away and laughed. I was about to freak out that night it was the second laughter that teased my ears.
"You know that I don't believe in heavens or wishes, but don't beat around the bush tell me, why are you here?" Then paused like something hit his brain, his face changed color to red, came to me in rush grabbed my shoulders and asked, "Did some of those royal bastards hurt you?"
I shook my head to deny, "I was alone and it was gravely stupid".
He sighed and walked back near the roof edge, then lifted his head and opened his mouth.
"I needed fresh air and to be alone, what on the earth are you doing now?"
His mouth was open to the sky, "I'm thirstily expecting the snow rid of its way!"
A moment ago he was acting like a grown man who is watching over me and a second later he changed to a little pop-eyed boy who tried to drink up snow!
"Don't you think if a dove sends you a gift right in your mouth how would you clean up that shit?" I teased and he shut his jaw, the much that I could hear the voice!
"I won't do that again!" He answered, seemed disgusted.
I nodded and said, "Let's make a wind-sprint till we reach the Inn".
"Ok, but to avoid father's questioning go to your room by the window, keep in mind it's not safe for you to remain alone don't forget that they can catch you and take advantage of it".
"Thank you for having my back, don't worry I won't do it again", I hugged him and we got ready to race. He was right, before coming outside of Inn I didn't think about it. They all playing with their lives to save my father and I couldn't be double whamming.
We descended and started running through lanes to remind our childhood. We arrived immediately I scaled up to enter my room by the window. He walked to the door where my uncle was standing before, just to blame me for being careless.
The candle turned off by the wind as I forgot to close the window and I couldn't see anything, but dark.
"I didn't expect you to move out this late". Uncle's mushy voice made my body like a piece of stick. I guessed that he had sat on the chair beside my bed. I heard his footsteps while I was trying to find a world to escape into.
"Please accept my apology uncle, but I needed some fresh air!" I had no excuse.
He turned the candle on then walked to the window and closed it and got back to me. He grabbed my face gently between his wrinkled hands which were signs of hard works.
"You are my precious ruby Asaya, if something happens to you I won't be able to live easily. You are taking it so tough on you just live normal I can send you back to Persis with Zia..." I interrupted him.
"No, I can't live without my father please go to sleep and I promise to don't make you in trouble."
As he went on to open his mouth
"Hey Asaya, I couldn't find father…" The door unlashed, Zia shocked when uncle was in my room.
He frowned at both of us and realized that we separated to mislead him, "You two made a plot against me", he waved a hand in the air, walked to the door pinched his ear with those strong fingers tweaking it, and took him with. I was biting my lips and as they left I couldn't help myself to not laugh.
I looked around and wondrously everything was shining, the colors got brighter and sparkling. I was cursing myself because my father was in cold, but thoughts of him were attacking me!
I dispersed on my bed, drew out my boots, and crawled up on my pillow. Pressed my pillow on my face. I couldn't understand why his simple kiss made a fool out of me. I couldn't brush it away from my brain. To be honest better to say I didn't want to. My heart was beating even after a while till my eyelids got heavy and forced me to sleep and his rich feature shadowed. I was outdoors only for an hour and faced something I can hardly handle."
Asana was wondering if this heaven court tends to let her go, but it seemed she wasn't alone as Asaya was under the same conditions. A filthy thought came to her mind and she mumbled, "Is Zia alive? He said he doesn't believe in heaven court so they may punish him".
