Zamir was among the many spectators to the main act at the festival. The day had been relaxed, dancing for a while, trying to play half a song, drinking in a bar, nothing to write home about. When he chose the place to sit, he caught a glimpse of that light blue haired girl on top of her summoning. He didn't want to go to her side, partly because she was almost on the other side of the stairs, partly because that's the way he is.

Between glimpses, he enjoyed Airys's reactions to the play, which is why he witnessed Airys being thrown into the air. If ever there was a time to make amends for that kick to the back of the head, it was now. No, he must not think in such a selfish way. He got up quickly and took a deep breath. A Gold Guard wouldn't see a benefit in saving someone, a Gold Guard would save it, period.
