The city of Dingars was one of the seven most popular city-states on the continent, fame that was due to a singular phenomenon: The mirrors without reflection.
Anyone with a basic notion of his soul can touch the mirror to focus —like trying to summon a creature —and pierce the other plane of the city, called the Plane of Ezhar in honor of the creator.
In the normal plane it is surrounded by spacious meadows full of hills to the south and west, it has a dense and thick forest to the north and a river runs through it from the north that divides the city on its way to the east; with a pair of artificial tributaries that lead to a lake and a well. If someone could see the city from above, they would be curious that it forms an imperfect heptagon, four entrances, seven walls of an average of eight kilometers each. With large portions to the northeast dedicated to agriculture and livestock to the point that three of the entrances are dedicated exclusively to trade with travelers for the import and export of food and most of the goods produced. The houses and buildings were made of wood, avoiding certain exceptions, and a good number of them were "Vacant Houses", temporary residences two to three stories high for tourists and travelers who come for the promises of the mysteries of the other plane and the big monthly event.
While in the Plane of Ezhar the city is surrounded by a golden desert, on an underground water reservoir to the north of the wall of golden sand, which extended exclusively wide to the south creating a mysterious illusion, designed to fool any unwanted visitors from the other plane —Ha, as if there were some —with a different architecture and building style out of necessity. Since the houses were made of stone or concrete, almost all were one story, although in the last ten years they managed to manage to build more than one story. That plane is also where they grow wheat in its entirety, well, they also plant other things and practice livestock, they believe with fidelity that the golden sand perfects it with its nutrients, which they do with good reason.
Owner of a population that exceeds twenty thousand in both planes, it is the fifth most populated city on the continent, and the people there affirm that is also the safest for having one of the Sacred Rings as part of the leaders of the city guard, one of the Golden Guards.
In that beautiful city, the presence of Airys and Seng would be key in the events of one of the worst events in the history of the continent.
The day the sky was divided.

"Accomplice?" Gregory kept an eye on Zamir, plotting what had been stolen from the other side of the mirror that was serious enough to interrupt his day off.
Melody got out of Gregory's arms, forcing a pout on her face to impose authority, she pulled Zamir's pants and stuck her tongue out.
"Be more polite!" she said and the huge light blue hair caught her attention. "How beautiful!"
Melody approached to fondle Airys's hair, it was not believed that it was a perfect cyan like the one in her dreams, so much so that she grabbed a lock and put it on top of her head.
"I look good?"
"Melody no!" Samantha yelled at Melody and pulled her away from Airys.
"Yes, well done Samantha" Zamir bent down and stretched out his hand to caress Melody's head, who rejected the gesture. "This girl is a criminal, although I defeated her she could wake up at any moment."
"What? No, Melody shouldn't play like that with someone passed out, it's rude" Samantha clarified and Zamir squeezed his face to hold the powerful moral hook he received.
"What did she steal?" Gregory said.
"Huh? Didn't Padd tell you?" Zamir straightened and stretched his shoulder where he had carried Airys. "One of the mirrors in the city was stolen from us."
Melody kept eyeing Airys, every time Samantha took her eye off her, she fondled Airys's hair.
"I found her on the outskirts of the city, for sure used it as soon as she received it" added Zamir.
"You know why?"
"She didn't want to tell me anything, she denied everything."
After hearing that phrase, Gregory scratched his chin with a gloomy face.
"That girl was hired by them? If Zamir could defeat her alone she must not be a fighter herself, why would she be alone? It doesn't make sense." During all that time, Melody ran from Samantha to come over to play with Airys's hair they went around Gregory a couple of times, in the end Melody tripped over Airys's leg and fell on top of her.
"Ah, blood!" yelled Melody.
"She's bleeding from her head!" Samantha brushed aside some strands and felt the blood.
"Of course she is, I had to hold her" Zamir explained. "It was easier that way."
At that moment, the various ideas hovering in Gregory's head dissipated along with a click.
"Are you telling me that she denied everything?"
"Well, yeah…"
Gregory patted Zamir on the shoulder and scooped the brat into his arms.
"Girls, let's go visit Padd for a bit, okay?"
Samantha crossed her arms and rolled her eyes, it seems that his day off lasted about six hours. Every gesture from her niece brought a bead of nervous sweat from poor Gregory
"Does Padd have the day off too?! Yeah, let's play with him!" Melody's answer convinced Samantha, after all, it is she who has to enjoy the day.
"Make it quick."
"At your command, princess" Gregory bowed and a transparent mass emerged from his hands, encircling Airys and enclosing her in a sphere that floated slowly beside him, rocking up and down.
"Me too, me too!" Melody tugged at Gregory's shirt.
"Of course."
Gregory laid his hand on the chestnut nape of her niece's neck and created the substance around her. Melody closed her eyes while the transparent pseudo-liquid covered her, the sensation was like walking inside a huge jelly, but much cleaner in comparison.
Once the sphere was formed, she floated beside Gregory like the other. Inside it, Meoldy smiled and laughed excitedly, she didn't understand why she didn't need to touch the edges of the yellowish sphere, on the other hand, she loved being able to spin inside the sphere as if there were no gravity.
"You know the rules" Gregory reiterated and with a push he let Melody go up in the air.
No matter how many times she does it, is always something spectacular, an amazing ride to which she had privileged access. Melody opened her eyes wide, the huge city in which she lived she acquired new nuances, instead of having annoying buildings blocking all her vision, she now could observe the roofs of most of the houses. People greeted her when she called out to them, little ones, adorable. The only thing standing in her range of vision was one of the city's watchtowers and city walls, walls that she surely could easily overcome if Gregory wanted to, or so he supposes.
She passed by the tallest tower in the city, where she observed one of the city guards taking a break with a cloth over his face, so she turned her head and tapped the inside of the sphere to push herself close. Once next to the tower she yelled "BOO!" at the top of her lungs and she shooed that guard away so hard he fell off his chair.
Samantha fixed her gaze on her little sister in the middle of the heavens, it was difficult for her to see her clearly —because she was unaware of her vision problems —so she unintentionally tried too hard.
"Do you also want?" Gregory commented noticing what he believed was envy in her attitude.
"No need, Uncle Greg."
"Why not? There is nothing wrong with being pampered."
Samantha returned a fake smile that he didn't understand at all and she kept walking. And to think that she was already at that dangerous age.
"What about me Mr. Greg? May I?" Zamir pointed to himself without a shadow of embarrassment.
"E-eh… why not?"
