"Concentrate on your driving and stop interfering with our talks," Kara said while pouting her mouth.
"Gurgle... Bla.. bla.. Boo…" Dina said.
They took a short break every two hours in between so that the journey would not cause any stress on the baby. They also booked a hotel in the middle of their journey to get some rest. When they reached the border of the new city, it had already turned late in the evening.
Just a few hours before they reached the main city, Emma stopped the car in the rest area and asked,
"Should we go to my parent's house or a hotel?"
"Hotel. Even though we already informed them that we are adopting a baby, they still don't know about Dina yet. So, let's take our time and inform them slowly. I don't want anyone to find out that we did not adopt her legally yet." Kara said.
"Ok, To the hotel then…" Emma said and turned her car around.
