Chapter 62 - Chapter 61

(y/n) P.O.V. 1st Person

The door to my room quickly came swinging open as Gramps let himself in. "Are you okay, (y/n)?" He flung his arms around me, "I came back to the school as soon as I heard what happened." He had been on another business trip, but I had only gotten injured the night before. He stared down at my bandages, not letting me say anything, "What was I ever thinking, thinking it'd be a good idea to let you attend this school?!" He let out a worried sigh, pouting his lip.

"Gramps, it's fine. I'm fine. This kind of thing happens all the time." He looked like he was about to cry, "Calm down. Besides, I love it here. I'm not going anywhere."

"I know..." he huffed, "Oh, it's a good thing your grandmother is still out for a few more months. She would kill me if she heard word of this."

"Don't say that," I ruffled his silver locks, "Gram loves you too much to do that. Don't you remember how quick she was to forgive when she found out about all those gay bars you were visiting? And look where you are now. Out of the closet but still together in your own queerplatonic polyamorous way."

He nodded, "You're right... she is amazing…" Now he really was crying. "B-but what am I supposed to do when she's... she's..."

"She's what?" I asked curiously.

He froze up, "Nevermind. That's not for me to tell you. This is why your mother and her never had a good relationship."

"You can imagine my mom's reaction when (brother's/name) suggested I attend here. But we didn't have any other choice..." I muttered.

"For letting your mother marry that cheap bum, she sure is strict on you," he hissed. "It's a good thing he was good looking otherwise I would have never allowed it!"

"Mom's just trying to keep me from making the same mistakes, but she forgets that I'm not her. Even if she is often right, I'm a different person." I thought about all that had happened the last several months.

"Don't say that," Gramps rest his hand on my shoulder. "I don't believe any of that crap was true."

I nodded, "Yeah, but you know how people in the media change stories. They don't bother to think about how it will affect people. It's not fair that the ones with more power can so easily mask their mistakes."

It was quiet for a while. "I'll get going," Gramps told me as he headed towards the door. "You should take this day off to get a little rest.

Out he went, and it was quiet again. "If you had just played along none of this would have had to happen. But you just couldn't keep your mouth shut, could you?"

I'm brought back to the present as my phone starts buzzing with life. 'Who could that be? The only people with my number are old friends, Shikatani, and Toono. Oh and Akemi had me give him my number and email in for club purposes.' I glanced at the name 'unknown'. 'That's weird, I at least had all of them put theirs in. I opened up the text message:

'So our little b*tch is getting special treatment from her grandaddy now too? What kind of sicko are you? Wasn't enough d*ck for you yesterday? Everyone saw you coming back in Yaguchi's jacket yesterday, you disgusting slut. I can't believe there's someone like you at our school.'

'What?' This must have been the same person as those notes. But how did they get my number? I'd have to ask the others who had it if they shared it.

I typed up a response. 'I'm sorry, who is this?'

I saw him typing up a message before sending a photo instead. Hesitantly, I opened it. My cheeks heated up as I immediately closed it. Whoever he was, I sure didn't need his d*ck popping out of my screen anytime soon. Even if it might give me a hint, I was too creeped out to look again. 'Guess who.' He typed out underneath.

'Maybe I should ask the others..' I forwarded the photo to Shikatani-senpai. 'Do you know who this is?' I asked.

He had read it in seconds. 'No clue. I like it and all, but why are you sending me some random guy's penis?'

'Nevermind, why.' I replied, 'Just like a secret admirer kind of thing.'

'Oh.' Was all he said. But I couldn't tell him this was related to the notes. Mostly because I was a bit worried he might be involved. He had been there when those notes appeared, and he had asked for my number. And now that I think about it, hadn't he also told me when we caught Toru that the boy might start stalking me. Toru had put notes in Yuri's locker and taken my things. But I knew whoever was in that photo, it wasn't either of them.
