Chapter 2 - An unfortunate life

A cool beauty that has a life which no one will ever wish to have. A savage young girl with a curse that ruined her.

A woman walking upstairs elegantly as she takes off the tie around her hair. Having her eyes as cold as eyes, and fairly pale skin. Making her look like a queen that can curse you just by looking at its face. She let out a big sigh as she sits on her bed. She crosses her legs and leaned towards the window, watching the beautiful scenery she once hated so much.

She smirked while her eyes became warmer, it made her look like a goddess. She gracefully closed her window while the warmth on her face disappeared in an instance. Hearing her mother shouting her name.

"Raven, come here and clean this mess!!"

She put both hands in her pocket as she walks down the stairs towards the kitchen where her angry mother was still yelling at her.

Raven shook her head after seeing the mess. Plates were broken into pieces on the floor, garbages can be seen at any corner of the room. Her eyebrows met, her instincts were telling her that someone did it on purpose! Her eyes were still colder than the winter. Watching her mother walking away leaving her behind cleaning the mess all alone.

She clenched her fists hearing a giggle from behind, her eyes went dark like two deep oceans. Seeing her brother laughing at her sister's misfortune. Raven turned to where the mess was still looking disgusting that can make anyone hate cleaning.

Just as she was about to go to her room after, she can hear her father calling for her. Raven didn't want to go but had no choice but to obey them or else they'll tell everyone about her. She rushed to her father still looking cool as ever, not a single sweat can be seen on her. Her father told her to do the smithing, and she did what he told her to do.

After an hour she finally finished the task her lazy father gave to her. She went out looking down as her silver hair covered her eyes. Her father was right in front of her, holding a pot that was just out of the oven. He accidentally tripped and let go's the pot, Raven caught it using only one hand and not even feeling the pain of the heat. Her father laughed "Didn't thought you were a helpful catcher, and you're also immune to heat I see"

Raven turned and walked towards a table, putting the pot down. She looked at her father with a creepy glare and her golden eyes turned red.

"Thanks to your laziness, I already have gotten used to it"

Raven said as her chest tightened a bit. Her father didn't like how she talked back at him so he said that she will not eat for the whole day. She ignored him saying that she didn't care at all.

She went into the woods walking to her favorite spot. Her eyes widened as she saw a cute young girl sitting at the flowerbed. She looked down and told herself to come back another day, she turned around and was ready to head back until she heard a sweet voice saying...

"Wait! You can sit with me if you want"
