My mana detection skill only alerts me in a red window like this when the targets have been identified as enemies from detecting killing intent. So either someone or everyone here is their target, or it's just me. The latter would be more enjoyable, but an opportunity just fell into my lap. Even if it happens to be the latter, I can just turn this situation into a chaotic event where everybody in this room is a target.
Now as for who is behind this attack in the works, there's only one organization with a streak of interrupting my train of thought, that comes to mind. A bunch of clowns who don't seem to know when to stop pestering me.
