"God shadow"
Yes, it is very bad. According to legend, that God revives every 200 years, has a body that has too much hatred, resentment and pain.
Raziel ...
Who else? He was abandoned when he was a baby, he was helpless, scared, who knows what happened? What suffered?
"And what does my mother have to do with this?" I looked at the old woman.
The office door opened and that porcelain-skinned boy came in, in his hand he had a glass with some strange drink.
His suit was gone, he was wearing a black shirt, with the top buttons unbuttoned, revealing part of his chest, he was wearing jeans. His previously gelled hair was simply tousled, making him look sexier.
Concentrate, Atlas!
"Your mother is the reason for all this," the boy spoke, shrugging. "She woke him up."
"How?" I felt my voice rough.
"Abandoning her son." He raised both eyebrows. "Having a demonic daughter and a despicable human."
How dare you talk about my family like that? my little sister is in Paris, an institute, far from here and from me.
"What did you say?" I got up angrily. "Repeat it and I swear he murdered you."
"Atlas!" Eloisa warned me.
Fireballs formed from my hands, I was trying to intimidate that boy, but he didn't flinch.
"Hades!" She called.
Hades?
Who the hell gives his son a name like that? And I was complaining about mine and about Anne, my sister.
"I only told the truth, Grandma." He smiled nonchalantly. "I know it won't hurt me."
I furrowed my eyebrows.
"How do you know?" I snapped. "You don't even know me."
He laughed ... he started walking around me and then he smirked at me coquettishly.
"I'm a medium, I've seen you so many times in my dreams, carrot."
His eyes connected with mine. I could feel the heat taking over my body, I was embarrassed and uncomfortable by his gaze.
He looked at me as if he knew even my innermost secret, as if he could see through my eyes and discover my most fearful fear.
"Stop bothering, Hades," her grandmother warned. "Go to your room."
"Don't fuck around, Grandma." He rolled his eyes. "We were both waiting for this moment."
"What moment?" I spoke for the first time. "I feel like I missed something."
"Yes, to find out that ..." he was interrupted.
Luka entered somewhat excited, his breathing was ragged and he looked terrified.
"There's something outside," he yelled. "I did what I could to stop it from coming in ... I don't think it'll work."
Hades was alert and approached his grandmother, took her hand and helped her up from her place.
"I'll take you to your place," I inform him.
"I can protect your house." I approached her. "I won't let it be damaged." I smiled ruefully.
Connect look for a few seconds with the black-haired man.
"I'll help again," he murmured.
I nodded at that, turned to my friend and tried to calm him down. Luka was a person who hated danger, not that he was a coward but he preferred to avoid it.
To be my friend was to always be in danger. More when he lost control.
"Luka," I called out to him. "I need the vines to block the door, do you understand?"
"Are you crazy?" I shout. "I haven't been able to do that yet."
"Shit, Luka!" I begged. "You can do it, I trust you. He looked at me desperately.
-I do not!
"Don't be a coward, friend." Hades had returned. "It's just plants."
-Close your mouth.
I turned to see him, he had a sword in hand. He was looking sexier every time. Shit, they're trying to kill us and I'm focused on how sexy Hades is, I feel like a fool.
"What the fuck are you doing with that?" I approached him. "What we face won't come with sword and shield, it has skills."
"I know." He smiled flirtatiously. "I just wanted to see if you liked seeing me like this."
I winced, I was confused.
"To hell," I muttered. "Hades, you must give me permission to conjure up the house."
Hades looked at me for a few seconds, pondering his answer, distrusting me. Why did it hurt? It was obvious, he did not know me and the only thing he knew about me was that I am an unstable and bad being.
"I give you permission." I shout. "You can conjure my house, carrot."
I sighed, I was still weak from using the shield out there. I had to do it and that terrified me, I had never used it twice, I heard a window break, a bird had entered, a crow.
—Faciam domui huic sie ut nihil mali ab illa porta transit, ne quis eos voluerit damno non intrat en medio populi. Faciam domui huic sie ut non stante in proelium inter populum, ut et hic non laeduntur. — I repeated a few times.
A red light came from me, my magic was working, I felt how every part of me was weakening. The light went out little by little, there must be something for the person or being that was outside to leave.
I moved my hands and the earth began to move, I was doing what I told the green-eyed man.
"Ready, I guess." I muttered tiredly.
My legs began to fail and my eyes were crying out for me to close them, before I could get a good hit, Hades grabbed me.
"What a bloody cliché we are, ma douce âme soeur." Hades grinned. The last thing I saw was her smile, her stupid, sexy smile.
✨✨✨
My forehead was totally frozen, what the hell? I opened my eyes and found myself in a room that was not mine, it had a very manly smell.
I touched my forehead and I had a cloth, when I stood up I felt very dizzy, I held onto the wall and sighed.
"Oh, you woke up, sleeping beauty." I heard Hades's voice.
"What happened?" I felt my voice rough. "Where is Luka?"
I wanted to keep walking and almost fell on my back to the ground, but again I was rescued by the medium.
"Careful, you are very weak." He helped me to lie down. "They attacked us, you haunted the house and fainted." I nodded slowly, he settled next to me and continued to put the cloth on my forehead.
He had changed his clothes, again, now he was wearing a gray T-shirt, black jeans and military boots. His muscular arms could be appreciated more.
"And Luka is having dinner with my grandmother." He half smiled. "I was scared for you and hungry."
"Typical of him." I laughed, but felt a sharp pain in my hundred.
"Easy, you should rest." He kissed my forehead. "Tomorrow you will come home.
I shrunk into my place, I did not know if I wanted to go home, with the problems, with those people who hate me.
Hades looked at me once more and smiled, heading for the door, before doing that, he stopped and looked at me again.
"You can take a shower, I have some shirts that will fit you very well." He winked at me.
He frowned, was he in his room? I thought not, it was too cute to be a room for a boy, a teenager.
There was the big bed, with crimson silk sheets, there was a large wardrobe, a shelf full of books and the nightstand. At the other end was the other door, I suppose to the bathroom. The walls were painted black.
I got up again and didn't get dizzy, luckily for me. I went over to the big closet and opened it, took out a blue shirt and measured it over me.
"Wow, are you getting acquainted with me?" I heard her flirtatious voice.
"You said I could take a shirt of yours." I turned to look at him with a raised eyebrow.
"No." He approached with slow steps. "I said you'd look good in a shirt of mine."
"Whatever." I rolled my eyes. "Can I use it or not?"
He put his finger to her chin and tapped twice, pretending to be analyzing her answer.
"Yes, carrot." He laughed. "Here my grandmother sends you this, you know ... women's things." He shrugged.
He turned around and settled on his bed, staring at the ceiling.
"What are you doing?" I approached him.
"Lay me down on my bed," he murmured obviously.
"I'm about to take a shower."
"And?" He looked at me again. "I won't spy on you, I'm not a pervert." He rolled his eyes ironically.
"I need privacy."
"As you wish, amour de ma vie" he smiled.
He left me alone, again, and arranged the things Eloisa gave me, it was underwear and a towel. I went into the bathroom and I started to take off my clothes, I was totally stressed, my whole body hurt and I felt big knots in my back. Let the hot water take effect, I could stay a few hours like this.
✨✨✨
I adjusted my shirt, trying not to let anything escape, and I started to braid my hair.
Mom must be worried about me.
I didn't know what to do, so I decided to go down. The walls were white again, there were some paintings as if they were mandalas. In each one, history was repeated.
"Here you are, Atlas." The old woman approached me.
"What is this?" I pointed to the paintings.
"They are the present, past and future." He smiled. "It's an easy way to show that destiny will be the same, no matter how much you avoid it or how much you know about it, sooner or later it will happen the same way."
"Is it like an endless loop?" I asked confused.
"Sure, you can't escape your destiny, Atlas." He took my hand. "Not love."
All this was overwhelming me, I had never felt like this, I was allowing these people to confuse me, every time they opened their damn mouth they mixed my thoughts more.
HADES
I could feel her scent from the garden, everything about her caught my attention, how can she not notice?
The useless druid was following me, he had been forced to bring him with me, my grandmother wanted to speak alone with Atlas.
"And what are you?" The brunette approached me. "Are you a simple medium?"
I rolled my eyes, calming my urge to kill him.
"Yes." I limited myself to saying. "Do you belong to the earth clan?" I mean, most of them are useless, like you.
He growled and a root of my grandmother's rose had caught my hand, causing me to almost end up on the floor.
"We are not useless, we respect nature." He looked at me angrily.
"Whatever." I got rid of the plant.
I looked at the void it left and immediately knew that my grandmother would scold me for breaking her beloved plant, it is the only thing that keeps her sane in this place.
"What do you know about Atlas?" He asked nervously.
If he knew...
"Classified information." I spoke without waking up my sight of the plant.
"You're a medium, you should know about her." He shrugged. "Any lover?"
My heart leapt, shit.
-Yes.
-Who? Before I could answer him, she arrived. He was wearing one of my shirts, it fit him so well.
Visions of her came to my head, looking disheveled, happy, sad, and mad with love.
"What are they doing?" He approached us.
The boy hugged her, making my blood boil. She responded and separated a little uncomfortable from her friend, she put her eyes on me for a few seconds, she looked nervous.
"I cared so much about you," Luka spoke. "Is that why?" She laughed. "Bad weed never dies."
I smiled unconsciously.
"You look good," I spoke for the first time. "You know ... you're not all dizzy, pale." Like you've been hit by a car.
She rolled her eyes, completely ignoring me, who did she think she was? I said goodbye to Luka and went inside the house, I had to talk to my grandmother, tell her how lucky I just had and who my partner is.
Shit, I thought this would never happen.
"Grandma," I called, entering her room.
"Hades, here I am," he smiled. "Is something wrong, honey?"
"It's her." I just said.
"Oh ...
