Tears strained her cheeks as she dragged herself across the pathway, she felt limp after all the kidnapping she wanted to block all the thoughts and just go into hibernation until all of this was over, that's not what she signed up for.
She couldn't hold it any longer her legs gave away and she sat down on the sidewalk her back supported by the fence of a garden beside the sidewalk. She pulled her knees towards her chest and hugged them; she hid her face in between the space and cried. "i can't stand this anymore"; "why do I have to be the one to decide who lives or dies " "why did that gunman have to choose me out of almost 8 billion people in this world" "I want to go home" "I miss my brother I wish he was here right now to pull me out of this mess" these thoughts crossed her mind what else could she do right now. " 'don't ever give up do, what you think is right' he would have said that" she smiled to herself thinking about his brother.
She stood up; her brother's word in her head gave her motivation. "I am going to teach that gunman a lesson of his life" she spoke with determination "I am going to set things right" she was ready to take action.

She barged into police station ignoring the complaining officers, she walked straight ahead no left no right, a destination in mind, she slammed the table with both her hands grabbing attention of the officer in front of her and all the other officers present.
There were a series of desks joined together in front of the door every desk had a laptop and some books and pens scattered on the desks; there was a plastic table -like the ones used for family dinners- in the middle of the room on which three to four officers sat discussing a report.
The officer busy doing something on the laptop looked at her with irritation, and then realization and then boredom."how may I be of your help miss Sarah" his expression showed that he wished for her to vanish so that he could do more important work right now.
"you are the one handling Mr Rover's case Aren't you" she caught her breaths in between still recovering from the long run.
"and how does it concern you, may i ask"
"i need your help"
"and why should I do that"
"I can help you with the case"
"no thank you I can help myself"
"if you help me you will Automatically get the answers to this case"

She walked to her next destination to Alex but she still was curious about the third destination to gunman she wasn't given the privilege of the address yet; gunman had said the address would come walking to her.
She kept on walking on the sidewalk the dark clouds followed her, a gloomy weather covered the atmosphere. She knew what she was going to do but she still wished to flee from here but now there was no going back.
Her phone vibrated in her pants pocket alerting her, she took the phone out of her pocket, it was ellen, why is he calling she wondered.
She answered the phone and brought it to her ear "yes Ellen"
"do you remember the phone you gave me to crack" he replied from the other side
She was confused for a minute but then realization washed over her the gunman's phone"what about it" excitement fear anger three expressions laced her voice
"There was nothing that i found in the phone it was clean"
"oh" disappointment clear in her voice
"but then right now an email was received"
"what was it " excitement returning to her voice
"it was nothing just a full stop" there was a moment's silence on both side; then Ellen spoke again"..but your wonderful friend here has tracked the IP address of the sender" she thought for a while how could an IP address help her and her mind answered her right away the gunman had sent it."of course how can i be so dumb" she thought to herself
"send me the address right now Ellen" she was now running towards Alex house she knew what she had to do next.
"yes ma'am" he playfully replied not aware of the seriousness of the situation.

She was ready to act now her hand gripped the baseball bat tightly, she could see Alex standing in front of her his orange shirt seemed brighter under the street light his perfectly gelled hair glistened under the light and a few tear stains still visible on his cheeks.
She proceeded towards him heart was beating faster than the speed of horse mind exploding with different conclusions, with trembling sweaty hands she clutched the baseball bat tight it was just one chance.
She was just a few feet apart, she stood right behind him; 'that's it, go for it' she motivated herself; she swung the bat hard and hit with all the force she could manage on his head. She felt like her heart would come out but it was still their beating against the chest in a new faster rhythm.
Blood spilled out of his head ruining his perfectly gelled hair as he fell hard on the asphalt road with a loud thump.

She took him to the address gunman had messaged ellen and ellen had given to her. She now stood in front of an unreconstructed building it seemed old and spooky; it seemed like the construction of this building was stopped in the middle.
There were stones and piles of cement scattered here and there.
She crosschecked the location once again and then looked over to Alex's now practically lifeless body lying beside her. She dragged him across the floor pulling his hands inside the building. as soon as she reached the entrance of the dark building the light filled the room all of a sudden.
She kept on pulling until they were inside; there was an empty wooden chair in the middle of the room and a rope was seen lying on the floor. she got the idea she had to tie him up.
When she was done tying the knots she heard a faint whistle; she turned around to see the gunman at the far end of the vacant room with the gun in his hands. "well well well look who's here" he looked her straight in the eyes trying to scare her but she could resist.
"we are done here don't come after me ever again" with that she turned around towards the exist.
"wait till your price" he called out to her.
A loud Bang erupted in the room; smoke exited the gunman's gun, this time the bullet had met it's target, clean and clear.
The bullet had met Sarah connor.........................
