Zes's P.O.V
Creatures?! Some fucking unknown horrifying creatures are what we are dealing with now? The second I heard about it, not going to lie a part of me just wanted to surrender. What the fuck and how long have they been planning this?
"Zes, don't worry. Everything will be fine. We will figure it out." Dad says smiling reassuringly.
I smiled at him gratefully even though I was hardly convinced I appreciated that.
My vision clouded all of a sudden and all I could see was black, I stumbled back as a reflex hitting a hard surface. I could feel my breathing increase frantically, my heartbeat beating concerningly loud.
"Knox?! Dad?! Help! I can't see!" I frantically yelled, which was followed by a few muffled voices.
'Zene! It's dark' I cry at her for help.
'Calm down Zes, trust me.' She says calming me a bit.
I calmed my breathing to whatever extent I could.
'Zene!' I cry.
