I swallowed. "You can enjoy it now. For as long as you want. Nothing can get in as we can't get out. We can stay here tonight if you want to."
Sabastian touched the invisible wall. Not satisfied, he tapped the surface with the tip of his fingers.
"I figured you might want to relish in the little freedom you have, so I brought more food. Enough to last us the entire night," I offered.
I had hoped he would want to stay. Therefore, I packed blankets and food. He was a grumpy fellow, but it could be a result of being locked away from everyone. I hoped to give him a taste of what was to come if our plan worked.
Sabastian laid on the grass and placed his palms behind his head. Golden eyes admired the beauty of the sky.
"Is it always this blue?" he murmured in awe.
The edges of my lips curled. "Sometimes."
