"Remind me why I'm doing this again?" I asked, staring down at the Sanctuary below.
Sabastian had helped me to break into the Castle Realm without Kyle's knowledge. It wasn't an easy task. I went through several failed attempts until we succeeded.
"Because you want to prove to my brother that you're more than a delinquent and a pain in his ass," Sabastian's casual response was poisoned with boredom.
Something I learned recently. He was easily bored. It was sickening.
I scoffed. "No, that's not why I'm here. You're terrible at pep talks. We are here to get answers to get you out of that place. It has sucked the life out of you."
