The muscles in my forehead tightened.
If this sibling was real, everything would change. More things would make sense. The actions of my parents would make more sense.
"Would you at least tell me her name?" I questioned.
Sabastian leaned back and crossed his legs. "Nope." He even popped the P. "It would take away all the fun if I tell you everything. Think of how smart you'll feel once you figure everything out. You'll be so proud of yourself." He ended the speech by slurping his whiskey.
I narrowed my eyes at him.
There was nothing fun about finding out I had a sister. An elder sister. This meant I wasn't alone. Sabastian said she was crazy. Maybe it was the pressure of being a Jones that drove her mad. Either way, I could find her and help her to get better. I wouldn't abandon her as my parents did. Well, that was if she existed and Sabastian wasn't just pulling my strings.
