Brianna handed the container of coconut ice cream to Summer. Somehow the ice cream seemed to calm her down.
"Do you know how Scarlet helped me when I was locked away?" Brianna asked.
"The only thing I can remember is Father telling me it's going to be okay."
Summer ate two more scoops of the ice cream. "When she told 'her boyfriend' she was hearing voices and he ignored her, Mr. Jones noticed she wasn't eating. When she told him about the voices, he handled it a lot differently. He asked Mrs. Anderson for help and then Mrs. Kelly. None of them could tell what was happening. But, Mr. Jones never stopped there. He left and went to find other powerful magical beings to help Scarlet."
