"Hold that position Mary!" Niko calls to her, "No Jen, strike her."
The two females at the center of the room listen. Mary held her arms up and Jen threw a light punch. Niko nods and went up to them, "See how Jen threw that and Mary blocked it perfectly. There would be pain on your forearm, however you gain less injuries then earning a punch on your face."
The ladies murmured understanding and Niko, without warning, pulled her arm back and forward right at Mary's face.
Mary didn't block it, instead she backed up.
Niko's hand hovered right in front of her face. She sighed and shook her head disappointed, "Reflects Mary, I told you this many times before."
