Emerelda had her eyebrows raised as he stared at her then quickly looks away, "I- sorry. I had wanted to talk to you as soon as I arrived. Though, you were, uh, sleeping."
"Clearly," Emerelda didn't feel exposed as she did when she was with Emmett. Despite in a nightgown Niko had made for her, she was sitting confidently without any sense of embarrassment.
Luther stood up, the book falling from his lap, "I-uh," he bends to pick it up, "It was urgent though it could wait."
"No, it's fine." She says as she watched him straighten and looks at her with uncertainly, "You can continue to sit."
"I'll continue to stand," he replies dryly, "I apologize again for intruding your privacy."
She waves a hand, "It's alright." She moves to the end of the bed and swung her legs from underneath the blanket.
Luther averted his eyes, "Well, Rose sent me back and told me to keep watch of Julius, though that isn't why I'm here. We found something."
