Near the place from Jihoon - around the west area where they were close to Indulf and Dante's area as well - the battle between Kay and Duke Tita took place.

"Fairy dust!" The glittering dangerous dust came rushing to Kay.
"Screw you! Coldwater!" Kay countered with his basic attack. A sudden rain forcefully squished out a cloud. The snow suddenly turned into heavy rain.
Each raindrop was the drop that struck Duke Tita's skin mercilessly. It was like the rain of a bullet. Each drop was deadly for him.
"Fairy umbrella." He canceled his attack and focused on shielding himself from the rain above him.
"Come on, big guy. What makes you scared? Rainwater?" Kay rolled out his tongue and danced like a naughty kid.
