The feeling of first stepping in a highschool with your friends is scary, but the worse feeling is when you're alone.
Ben's Mom dropped him off at the side, he didn't want to be seen being dropped off.
He was walking past the parking lot when all of a sudden Brian came in his fancy car with his friends looking like they were always made for high school.
Brian Ben and the other friends had known eachother for a long time but never really talked. They were on the same class and that is all.
One of them got off the car and gave Ben a middle finger for no reason. The other made a L sign. Brian although just looked at Ben in a sympathetic manner but suddenly changed his look when he saw one of his friends looking at him. "What's up loser" he shouted and Ben just walked paying no attention.
The halls were crowded. Some seemed confused, some seemed at home and some had started to loose it already.
All of a sudden Ben knocked himself with someone and since he was this little creature fragile like a leaf, he went to the floor floating.
Up he looked, a big guy with quite sharp features, dark hair and blue eyes gave him a hand, "I'm sorry, i wasn't looking" Ben gave his hand which felt so warm and comforting.
"I'm Aiden, nice to bump into you."
"Hey Aiden, I'm Ben"
"So, which class are you on for the first period? Maybe we're on the same one?"
"Wait, you're a junior too?"
"Why do you look suprised? Some of us hit puberty ahead of time." he said teasing Ben who had not even cracked his voice properly.
"Well I skipped some grades becuase my parents thought I didn't need them" Ben said in a proud manner.
"Well i needed to take some grades twice cause everyone thought i needed them."
Ben let out a little chuckle.
"I have history first period, you?" Ben said
"hmmm it's either fate or you're stalking me, I've got history too"
"haa you wish" ben said referring to the stalking part.
"let's go?"
"yeah sure"
