(THEA'S POV)
I followed Adus even until to the bedroom where he carried the bird girl, she was now unconscious after that crush, and it's making me feel guilty since, apparently. I was the reason why that happened. I was overreacting on the Adus. I didn't recognize him at first, and I thought he was there to kill me after leaving me behind, letting me fall because I thought he was looking at me.
However, though his other senses were powerful, he can go anywhere, do anywhere without vision. He didn't help me because this bird lady was on her way, to save me, to save us.
"What's her name?" I asked Adus after he slowly put the lady on her bed.
"She is Sandersi, and she is a Difau. She is very special to me. Let me leave you for a while. I have to take some herbs to treat her bruises and cuts," Adus was about to walk away when I asked.
"How can I help you?"
"You can do anything you want. You can go to the room on the top hill and have a rest," Adus replied.
