Chapter 125 - BACK HOME

(THEA'S POV)

I gained consciousness with the painful scorching sun kissing my skin. The salty sea breeze and the occasional sprinkles of the seawater started to change my skin color to tan, the reason it is painful, sunburn since I found myself lying inside the roofless motorboat.

The boat was now floating, going on wherever the waves took him. He is lifeless, and the fuel has long gone. Probably the boat just kept running all the way to the ocean by the moment I was conscious.

I slowly get up, with a few discomforts near my billy. There are few weird holes in my body, bullet holes it must be. Three, four, or five? I don't even know how many. However, it is not as painful as it looked.

Blood had dried out and as well as the holes in my skin. Just by the look of it, I must be dead, yet why am I not?" However, who knows if I am actually dead. I am all alone here. Maybe it was already me in my spirit form again.
