(ZAYN'S POV)
While my mother is trying to pull herself up on the ladder, I am behind her, ensuring that she will be safe. In case she accidentally loses her grip. But we made it to the upper basement parking. That was already an achievement knowing how weak she is.
However, we should not be complacent. We are still inside the building, and anytime now, anyone could see us and lock us both.
"Aren't we going to wait for the girl?" My mom weakly said.
