YUI'S POV
I am following them to wherever they might take me. Liam is in front of me, Prince Jason is on my left side. My brother is on my right side, Prince Yuuto is in the middle of me and my brother Gian, but he is behind us, same goes for Prince Yuuma, but he is in the middle of me and Prince Jason. So that makes me in the middle of the royalties. I sighed. Everyone is looking at us. I know that they will talk or post about this in the school forum.
We keep on walking until we reached the private room. A room that is for the royalties only. They entered the room, but I did not. Why? Simple, it is only because of someone that is keeping an eye on me. I felt this presence since I arrived in PU, but I did not bother to look around to know who's behind that presence, but now, I looked around and see a familiar figure on the tree that's only a few feet away from this spot.
"Yui!" someone shouted. I look at that person and saw that all the royalties are still behind the door.
"Yes?" I said.
"What's the matter? Is there something wrong?" brother Gian ask me.
"N-Nothing," I lied. Their expressions say that they do not believe me. I entered the room. Prince Jason closed the door while we sit on the couch. When prince Jason sits down, Prince Yuuma starts the conversation.
"I heard that you said something in your class which made the right hand of Abigail mad," he said
"What about it? Prince Yuuma" I ask politely.
"Be careful once she came back, ok?" he said. So, he is just worried about me.
"Don't worry prince Yuuma, no one can hurt me again," I replied.
"Again?" they asked me.
"Uhm… Just think that you did not hear what I just said. By the way, it seems like someone is following me since this morning. I do not know who it is, but I saw someone on the tree a few feet away from this room. Also, that person's aura is familiar."
"Is that the reason why you're spacing out a while ago?" brother Gian asks me. I nod as an answer.
"Liam, do you think…?" brother Gian said. What is he going to say? Do they know who is that person?
"No. That's impossible. No one's giving me an update yet, so it is impossible that they moved again." Liam answered.
"Brother, I forgot to tell you that Erica will be coming with us later"
"Why?"
"She wasn't able to meet me at the library a while ago due to the order of the so-called queen of the campus," I said.
"Ok, we'll wait for her later," he said. I am about to speak, but my phone suddenly rang. I picked up my phone and press the answer button.
"Hello?" I said
[Hello dear, it is me, your aunt Claire]
"Hello auntie, is there something wrong?" I ask
[No, nothing is wrong, we just wanted to ask you if you are free next week?]
"I'm not sure aunt Claire, I might do something next week, why?" I ask politely
[Next week is his anniversary] Aunt Claire said. So, it is already next week. How many years has it already passed since he died? I took a deep breath before answering.
"I see, it's already next week… I am sorry aunt Claire, but I won't go… I'm really sorry" I said, refraining myself to cry.
[It is okay my dear, you do not need to say sorry… We understand how painful it is to lose someone you love… I will end the call already, take care Yui]
"I will Aunt Claire, thank you," I said before she ended the call. I closed my eyes and take a deep breath before opening my eyes again.
"What did Aunt Claire called you?" brother Gian asked me.
"Next week is his death anniversary," I said refraining myself to remember all the memories that we made.
"You will not leave the house next week, understood?"
"No"
"Yui," he said with a worried face and looking at me like he was not expecting my answer.
"Don't stop me, brother… You know that no one can stop me."
"Remember what happened to you the last time you went out and never came back for the whole 3 days?" he said while refraining to be mad at me.
"That won't ever happen again," I said while looking at my phone.
"Come on! Yui! Stop running away every time his death anniversary comes!" he shouted. I did not look at him. I looked at the floor while biting my lower lip.
"Who is "he" that you're talking about?" Prince Yuuto asks.
"He's Yui's boyfriend," brother Gian said.
"Her boyfriend? I thought Alistair is her boyfriend… or should I say, ex-boyfriend?" Prince Jason confusedly ask.
"Actually, Charles and Yui knew each other since childhood. He is her childhood friend, but his family migrated to Singapore when they are in grade 3, but that did not hinder them to communicate with each other. They are always talking through messenger and after a few years, he came back. He came back for Yui but unfortunately, Yui already had a boyfriend. He never let his jealousy takes over him, he listened to Yui every time she encountered a problem, and he never stopped loving my sister. When he heard that they broke up, he stayed with Yui until she gets better. After a year of breakup, they became a couple, but the unexpected thing happened. He had a car accident…"
"That's not an accident!" I shouted. They got surprised because I shouted. Maybe this is the first time that they heard me shouted.
"What do you mean?" brother Gian asks.
"Someone planned that incident," I said while calming myself.
"What do you mean by someone planned it? He does not have enemies, right? He did not offend someone before that incident happened right?" Liam asked.
"No… I don't think so… he's always with me or he is just in their house, so it is impossible that he offended someone… except for that person," I said while my finger is touching my chin.
"Who is that person?" Liam asks.
"I had no idea… but I have a clue," I said.
"Wait… Yui… tell me if all of those days that you went out and coming back after 3 days, are the days you investigated the incident." He said and look at me seriously.
