ken was now inside a small room in konoha hospital watching over naruto who was sleeping in the bed with a peaceful face and bandaged head . ken felt that he was lucky as just as he had brought naruto to the doctor , naruto's breathing became too abnormal. the doctor said that the sharp weapon must be not cleaned as the wound had clearly been infected so Ken's decision to bring naruto to the hospital immediately was the right one .
of course the world is completely different and human bodies are much powerful but most of the organs are same as earth so it means that most of the ailments are the sand too . ken had taken an hour long lesson on hygiene and tool maintenance when he had officially been promoted to an anbu in which these facts were mentioned briefly and ken was honestly surprised . the infections are there of course but the severity is much greater than that on earth so Ken's mind immediately clicked when he saw naruto's wound .

ichiraku ramen looked like a stall but was actually a small shop and the location was only a few minutes walk from academy . naruto dashed there so he reached there in less than a minute while ken properly paid the hospital bill which wasn't much and leisurely walked to the shop . ken was actually waiting for someone as he thought that hokage must have read his complaint report now . but ken arrived at the shop but nobody came so ken thought that hokage must have decided to overlook this small matter now ..
hehe.. I wonder what that old shit will do when he finds out that the three mob children can't use their arms properly ever again in future ? well consider this a little punishment to you old fox because you didnt tell naruto about me graduating early as promised . hehe.. those mob children actually served a purpose unexpectedly.. good good ..

in the end ken wasn't fated with any discounts so he paid for 14 bowls in which his portion was only 2 bowls . then ken walked naruto back to his apartment which was not much different in size from Ken's department but the trash was littered pretty much everywhere.
ken wasn't a cleaner or anything so he didnt bother cleaning and just smacked naruto lightly while forcing him to clean the room. after the room was clean , ken made sure that naruto was asleep before leaving . he then decided to try some more seals inside his house as he had the time now . after Ken's body enhancement now , he can stay awake for a few weeks without sleeping which isn't that much taxing either . so Ken decided to make a shadow clone and ordered it to practice seals while he himself started doing pushups under 5x gravity and quickly his body started aching here and there . but the small tears healed almost instantly because of the absurd vitality so ken just smiled and continued his training without paying heed to little pain ..
