I dont know Jack about fuinjutsu yet but comparing to the complex seals on that room in the hokage building , these seals are much worse because my chakra sense could barely pass those seals and I couldn't clearly see the interior of the room . anbu base must be one of the most top secret buildings in the village so this sloppy seals cannot possibly be the best security besides the guards ...
