(I WANNA REST AND RESET EVERYTHING AT THE RIGHT TIME)
*Into the forest*
The next day comes with the season of falls,
"What is it," EB asks while they sit side by side, looking towards the river.
"I love it here; I will always want to stay here. Is peace in here," Isa responds?
"Yeah, me too,"
"She will be fine, right?"
"Of course she is. She's strong just like you,"
"Your right, she is" Isa looks up to the sky, feeling the wind embrace all over her face, as she smiles, closing her eyes in peace.
"You'll meet her tonight?" EB asks. Isa opens her eyes and smiles while looking at the blue sky.
"Yes, I will,"
"Don't be late back home, okay?"
"Why?" Isa wonder,
"You know why you little acting innocent" EB, sulking,
"Yes, yes. I was only joking,"
"Tsk! joking my ass," EB blurt out, and Isa laughs.
"HA HA HA, don't be grumpy. You will get old fast,"
"Tsk! Try me,"
"HA! You're so harsh to the world,"
"What if I am! They're harsher than me, Tsk!"
"Yeah, yeah,"
"So, what will you do after this? Do you still have someplace you to go?"
"Yes, I do,"
"Well then, let's go," EB propose standing up, and Isa follows,
"Say ahh..."
"What is this, brother?" Evelyn looked at him bored,
"I'm serving you," Evelyn put down her spoon and fork,
"That is not what I mean. Why you're here at this hour? Don't you have work to attend to?" Evelyn asks, annoyed, standing up to her chair.
"No, I don't,"
"What do you mean you don't?" Shocked,
"I said it. I don't have work for today, so I stay with you all day,"
"No, I don't need it, and also I know your lying, so go back to your work now. Your group is waiting for you," Evelyn admits walking out from the dining room, and John follows.
"Wait, Eve!" He grasps his little sister's right hands,
"What?" Evelyn turns around and looks straight at him, tired.
"I mean it. I don't have work today, and I will stay with you today," John emphasizes. Evelyn deep sigh and held her brother's hand back, smiling.
"Look, brother... don't feel culpable towards me, okay? I'm fine. I'm used to it. I only say it all to you because I want you to understand me more,"
"That is not the reason," John explained.
"Then what is it?"
"I just want to spend time with you today,"
Evelyn looks at his brother with suspicion but then gives in. Deep sighing,
"Okay..."
"Yes! Come on, let's go, have a date. WOAH!" Evelyn giggle,
"PFT! Your crazy,"
"YAH! How dare you say that to me. I'm your brother,"
"I know, and I'm your little sister,"
"Right, so you're crazy too," John pointed out, and Evelyn chuckled.
"Right, I will remember that," Evelyn answer, then they walk out to their house to go have a date somewhere.
"By a date, you mean here?" scanning the place without interest.
"Yes, this is where we had our first picnic. Do you hate it now?"
"No... it just that my outfit is not fit for it,"
"Ah...don't worry so much about it,"
"No, I will worry. Because I need a picture documentary for this day,"
"Why you care so much about pictures,"
"Because is an irreplaceable memory that you can keep forever," John speechless then smile sighing,
"You're... come here," He points at her little sister to come close to her,
"What is it," Evelyn sat beside him,
"Come on. Let's take photos everywhere. Don't mind your outfit. That is not important, okay?" John responds, and Evelyn's mood then brightens as she smiles and nods.
"Okay," She replies, as they then proceed photographing everywhere that they can see beautiful, to take photos, and together they enjoy their day.
To be continued.
