"What's with you and Jessie? Why did you do that? Did you just do that for fun?" Adrian bombards him with questions.
"Would you stop acting all high and mighty? Like you haven't done worse?"
Adrian chuckles halfheartedly, "Like what?" He asks like he already knows, daring Jake.
"Stealing my life from me."
I frown.
"You jerk! You're the one who's destroying your life. Leaving home, sleeping outside, running from your dad. Now the one thing you got overly possessive and angry about, you're pushing away."
My frown deepens, what are they talking about?
"We are not talking about this." Jake spits in Adrian's face.
He turns to leave but Adrian draws him back.
"We are. You're a Jerk. When are you going to stop?"
"When you move out of my house."
I frown, 'What?'
Madison chooses the right and worst moment to enter, "Adrian, what's going on?"
