"It was soooooo FUN!" It was around 1 am I guess. I mean who cares. I was at my friend's house partying and it was one of the best parties of the year. "Right! Alas, it ended I wanted to have more fun!" It was my best friend, Violet.
My name is Amelia. Everyone says I am spoiled but trust me I am not. No one knows that better than me. Also, I am a total beauty in my city. And yes I am proud of that. My Father is the chief of police. While my mother is a fashion designer. I have a big brother who is in the Army and twins siblings.
Today is Saturday night also known as Party night. "So, Amelia should we go to the show?" It is Saturday night so I fight. I have been taking fighting classes since I was 10. So you can say I am pretty good at it. Today my opponent is Kaity although she is my friend she is not too close and it is just a friendly fight. Serious injuries, knocking people unconscious and killing will get you killed or at least arrested. It's legal and that's why I can participate while being the daughter of the Police chief. However, some high-profile fights allowed even killing, of course, they were illegal but my father doesn't need to know about them.
Anyway, I and Violet went toward the underground ring. There we saw Anakin who is the manager. He is in his late thirties but his body was still fit and healthy I went toward him and greeted him. He is now like an old friend. Not that it gives me an advantage he is neutral. Anyway, as soon as he saw me he got angry "You! You are late today" He said while coming toward me he grabbed my arm and shoved me toward the changing room "Wait... But.." I tried to explain but was cut off "Mo buts! Just go and get ready we do not have time" Do not get him wrong, He is a good man but right now he is at work so he is a bit rude
Anyway, I did as I was told and went and changed into my normal fighting costume. It was white pants with a purple shirt. I got out and went toward the Ring. It was like a cage in the center there was Kaity. Waiting for me. As soon as she saw me she smiled. I got inside the ring and the cage was closed behind me. "Finally we got to dual again," She told. We had some fights in the past sometimes she would win and sometimes I would win. "I was looking up to this fight. Finally, the time came"
Suddenly Anakin said "On the count of 3 you will start" We both got into our fighting stance. Anakin started counting. As soon as he said 3 Both Kaity and Me ran toward each other. She was the one to strike first however I dodged it and aimed my punch toward her chest however she blocked it with her arms and got few steps back. But without wasting any time she attacked again. This time I was the one to block it.
The crowd was getting excited by every second their voices started to get louder and louder. There were a lot of voices 'Amelia today I bet on you!' 'I was waiting for this fight!' 'I am sure Kaity will win!' and so on. It was true that there was no time penalty but still we have to end it quickly. I went near her but instead of punches I used my legs which were enough to catch her off guard and I was able to hit her in the stomach. 'Ahh,' she yelled in sudden pain. The whole crowd when mad in a second. However, before she could recover I attacked again. I was dominating her now. I started to punch her. She did block most of them but some still hit her. She was finally in a corner.
As I was punching her she suddenly blocked my punch and kicked me instead I was taken aback this time and she attacked again. This time I knew she was not going to give me an opportunity. So, I had to think fast. She suddenly attacked my right shoulder and I cried out in pain. Without wasting a second she kicked my legs which made me fall. As I fell I closed my eyes. When I opened I saw her jumping on me but before she could punch me I rolled to my left. And her punch landed on the floor. I got up she changed her direction toward and started running to punch me again. However, she made a big mistake, and finally, it was my time to shine. I gathered all my power in my hands and as she was running I went in punched her. Because she was too focused on me she was caught off guard and the punch landed on her face. Due to the impact, she fell behind and fell into a corner.
I took the chance and ran toward her there was now no way for her to get away. However, before I could attack she raised her hand into the air and the bell rang. It was the sign that she has surrendered. I stopped and the cage was opened. The medics came in to see her and me. But other than her bruised face there was nothing serious. As we got out I went toward her and said "Today's fight was great but I thought you will not accept your loss" She looked up toward me and said "No it was my loss. There was no way I could beat you. You got strong" I smiled back and said "Thank you" We stayed together with our friends there to see others fight. There were some really good fights.
Before I could know it was already 4:30 AM. I said goodbye to our friends and I and Violet started walking back toward our homes. We both were neighbors. It took us some time to reach our houses. Soon we reached our street. "Today's flight was great however tomorrow is School starting and I hate school," She said while looking down and angry. I just laughed "Well School is not that bad," I said as I liked it. "Yeah saying someone who failed in their history test" Ok that was rude. I punched her arm "Hey stop that it hurts!" Well, it was your mistake after all.
First, we were in front of her house. As we were going to say goodbye. Suddenly we heard a car coming. As I looked toward it. It was a Black Bugatti. However, I was not able to see who was driving. Whoever it was was driving a bit fast but it came to a stop in front of the house after mine. It took a turn and went toward the garage. However, I was still not able to see their face. They took the car inside. "Hey isn't that house abandoned for like 2 months?" Violet asked me "Well looks like we got a new neighbor."
"Well I hope they are good," Violet said "Well I hope so too... Never mind so see you later Girl!" I said my goodbye while she waved her hand. I went toward my door and opened it. Before I went inside I looked one last time toward the house of our new neighbor. After I do not know why but I felt a little bit strange. But I just ignored it as a gut feeling ad went inside my house.
I will look into this matter tomorrow.
