I felt the shadows urging us along, Camden was already speeding up our pace. It was looking for us, we were in it's domain, intruders. I felt a prickle of fear slide down my back, and then I felt it touch my mind. I thought that i was going to have to fight it off, but it was so lonely and sad. I dug my heels in pulling out of Camden's arm, he spun around grabbing my arm.
"This is one thing you cannot fight..." I frowned, I reached back out into the darkness and it was there. Just behind us, wanting to catch up wanting to be free.
