She had been wondering how to get Suzie's request completed when she didn't even have Ben's number. Scarlett had contemplated using her sister Vivian for this mission, but the duo had not met already, plus she didn't trust her sister to perfectly execute the plan the way she wanted. She bet Vivian would get carried away the moment she set her eyes on Franklin and might even ruin her plan in the process.
So she was left alone in this plan and was wondering the approach to proceed with when the wonderful news was delivered to her.
