Chapter 22.
Music where on, my heart was pounding, the skid marks on the road showed how fast Alex was driving.
His attention where fully on the road, his eyes didn't slip a little to check if I was comfortable with his speed.
We where on the road for probably and hour, I feel totally dizzy. I wonder what he had planned today. His the strangest person I have ever seen. He wouldn't want to talk today and the next day he talks. He definitely takes me to places that are not expected but I always wondered why he bothered himself.
We arrived at a stadium.
My mouth would drop with shock if he hadn't found a parking lot.
He peered to my direction. I gulped.
"Are you coming?" He asked.
I didn't realize he was waiting for me, without hearing my answer he walked out.
That wasn't nice, I just had a clue.
I walked out and he used his keys in locking the doors of the car once he noticed I was out. I jogged up to him and raised my gaze at him.
He didn't notice my gaze but he knew I walked sidelines with him.
"So you gave my mom the job, and denied it?" I said but more like a question. He heard this am totally sure.
He doesn't answer, he just still walks ahead.
I added. "It's really cute knowing you did something that nice" This was the clue, to get him offended.
He still doesn't answer but for the first time he glanced to my direction, onces he saw my wide grin he removed his gaze immediately.
"Am not cute, neither did I give your mom the job" he still denies. What is wrong with him, doesn't he know his caught already.
Anyway my grin was still on my face as I added. "Your father wouldn't lie-" Immediately I mentioned his father his face turned pale. He stopped walking for a bit and brought his gaze down to me. His head was covering the sun from my view but my eyes had to be closed a bit if I wanted to see his face.
I was completely smiling, widely. I expected him to get angry with my comment but he just removed his gaze again then continued walking.
Turf one..
We walked into the stadium few minutes after.
He led me through the halls, he walked in like he knew where he was heading to. Of course he knew.
My mind wasn't yet shut down because am curious to know why am here.
I saw people walk by but I was behind Alex, his shoulders had covered everything possible for me to see ahead. I just quitely followed his footsteps.
He entered a room and gestured for me to come in with him. The room was filled with junk stuffs but it was organized. No, it wasn't junk It was probably something used that I didn't know about.
Entering the room I didn't notice the guy in, till I did.
"Angela!" He exclaimed. He was talking to Alex but once's Alex had shifted my view was clear to him. He walked up to me and raised his hands for a hand shake.
I gave it to him. "Ethan?" I acted wierdly at this point, I was also surprised. I wasn't used to hand shakes from a normal guy.
"Am surprised as you, Alex didn't tell me he was bringing company to the game" he said and looked at Alex, I also peered at Alex.
He didn't bother giving explanation to Ethan, his hands where folded to his chest and his eyes narrowed to Ethan and I.
I bit my lips slightly, we where here for a game.
"Anyway don't forget about our deal Alex" Ethan said and winked to him. He brought his gaze to me and said. "See you around Angela." I nodded in agreement.
He smiled and walked out.
I raised my gaze to Alex, he wouldn't talk if I asked anyway so I kept my mouths shout.
As if he was reading my mind, he said. "He wanted me to support his team and we made an agreement" he stopped, he didn't continue.
That was a relief for him, I guess.
I nodded slightly to his statement.

We walked on the corridor for some minutes. My tights where inchy and I was gulping a few times.
The halls weren't quiet but rough, my hands had fist a little.
He led me into a room, I didn't get a better view but when I entered it was the backstage. The dressing room of presicely athletes.
My jaw dropped.
They where getting prepared probably for the game they where having. The room was red in color, the mini wardrobes that where in and the bench that was at the middle of the room where all red.
Once's our present where known, they all rushed to Alex. I stayed behind. "Alex, bro!" Some went for Alex while some for bro.
Now am confused.
"We missed you man" A guy with blonde haired said. "You just forgot us, not cool man." another with a brown skin said. "You came to watch us today, have the VIP tickets?" Another asked.
Their where more questions asked by this footballers, I guessed.
Alex summarized all their questions with only one answer. "I came with my girlfriend so did not need VIP tickets." He explained.
'Girlfriend?'
With his recent statement he shifted to the right so they could have a view of me.
I tried having an eye contact with Alex but he wasn't staring back.
They where all quiet, it was awkward. They where some murmur but wasn't heard. "Hi, my name is Angela Sud" I said nervously.
This was so embarrassing, why did he have to call me his girlfriend.
Having a good look at them, I think some are familiar, probably I have seen them play before. I don't watch football but when Isabella does. She is a huge fan of some guys I have just seen.
I couldn't relate with their names, Isa would be thrilled to be here.
"Angela, that's a nice name" A guy said. The rest where contemplating on what to say. They finally smiled and greeted. "Nice name" They compliment.
"Thank- you" I said slightly, my head where a bit down. I was nervous here.
"Alex have hit the jackpot with this chick" An unknown said from behind. They all laughed out loud. I raised my gaze to Alex and he was smiling.
Seriously smiling.
"Game starts in 5" A guy came from behind me and said. I looked back to see who it was, it was the keeper. His face is so familiar, maybe i had watched him too.
They all rounded up, some tide their canvas while some checked if they where dressed properly.
The brown skin guy was having a slight conversation with Alex at some point and he turned his head slowly to me, he cut me staring.
I didn't know if I was to smile or not, I removed my gaze immediately.
It was my first time in a stadium, moreover backstage.
I watched them all lined up and walking out in unison. I felt a hurt cent at my back, when I turned it was Alex. He stared down at me and his smirk where on.
I wasn't smiling and he knew why.
"Chill, that's just a revenge on bringing up Blade" he said and smiled this time.
He noticed I wasn't still smiling and walked a few inch further, he turned back and said.
"The game is about to start" he teased.

This was the first time I had seen such crowd, the big grass covered at the middle, huge open-air, costly concrete, huge oval or large rectangular.
This was perfect beautiful and venerable. Everyone had cheared for the athletes when arriving. This was amazing, I could shout and my voice wouldn't be heard.
Alex had been watching all my movements lately, am still kind of mad about his false girlfriend thing. I wouldn't say am mad for him bringing me over here, I was really having a good time watching all of this.
The match had started few minutes and I could see how they passed the ball to the other.
Watching this real was really an achievement, why didn't I love football till watching it live. The theme Alex and I where with few minutes back had passed the ball to the opposite theme and got everyone at this side angry.
Everyone was on their feet's and I had to stretch to watch.
"When will you grow tall, Gela?" Alex whispered in my ears, the noise was really much and he whispers.
I raised my gaze to him and immediately he grabbed me off the floor and had raised me to have a good view at the players.
I almost screemed but when I was up I felt tall, no one was in my view again.
"Alex, let go" I argued.
He freely dropped me all of sudden. That was really embarrassing.
He looked at the front and found Ethan calling to him. "Could you stay here or you join me" he offers.
No I would prefer staying here, at the front had different stage lights and I didn't want any of that on me.
He noticed my silent and said "I would be back" he promised. I smiled nervously and he walked out.
I brought my attention back to the game.
They where passing and passing till finally Alex's theme had scored. It got everyone here shouting. I didn't know what else to do but join them.
My voice would eco if no one where here but seeing all this people it wasn't. I screamed and jumped high.
This feel so good.
"What're you doing here!?" A familiar voice had snapped me from all my screaming. She wasn't really clear because of all the noise but I could still hear her.
I stopped and saw the supposedly person who had snapped me.
