Leo and Dr. France turned and looked at Andra with shocked expressions. She stepped aside and spoke, ''I thought that she knew about it''
''You thought she knew? Dr. Andra, are you still a novice? Even if she knew, you shouldn't be the one to tell her that again'' Dr. France said in an angry tone to Andra.
Nicole's lips curved into a mocking sneer as she locked gaze with Leo who had become quiet all that while.
''Did you have fun deceiving me?'' she finally asked him.
''No. what is there to have fun about? Do you think I enjoy keeping the fact that I lost my fiancée to the greed of my two childhood friends? Do you think that I am having fun after everything I had was taken away from me by the people that I trust a lot?'' he chuckled bitterly.
''Your two childhood friends? Ray and Priscy?'' Nicole asked.
''Did you know about those two? Did you meet them before?'' Dr. France asked.
''No. I don't know them. I just find their names familiar'' Nicole frowned and shook her head.
