Seyram returned to the office with a small package. It contained a small pack of milk and sandwich, ''boss, have this while you work'' Seyram placed it on his table and he looked at her.
''This is for me?'' Lorenzo asked.
''Yes. You seem busy and I didn't see you eat the whole time''
Lorenzo smiled, ':thanks'' he picked it up and started to eat. After a while, he felt a burning sensation in his throat and asked, ''what did you add in it, Seyram?''
''Peanut, what? Is it not good?'' Seyram replied and Lorenzo started coughing.
''Sir, are you ok?'' Seyram hurried to his side.
''Call Alex for me'' he managed to say before the coughing intensified.

Seyram stood outside the ward of Lorenzo worriedly. She kept glancing at the door impatiently. When the door opened and she saw Alex, she quickly asked.
