Jennie stood outside the Jinna Town police headquarters with her letter and her backpack. She looked at her wrist watch and looked at the entrance of the police station.
''Detective Rhodri'' Jennie excitedly waved her hand towards Rhodri the moment she saw him but she frowned the next moment when she saw Annabelle walking in hurried steps after Rhodri.
Rhodri stopped walking and turned to Annabelle, ''I am not going to help you after what you did. You can go and apologise to Lorenzo yourself''
''Okay, fine. I will do that, but I really am here to work. I don't want to get transferred as soon as I get here?''
Jennie rubbed her eyes and shook her head but she felt something wrong with her. she was seeing Annabelle as a snake.
''What is wrong with me? Am I sick or hallucinating?'' Jennie asked herself, ''why does she look like a snake in my eyes?''
Rhodri walked to Jennie after talking to Annabelle, ''Jennie, what are you doing here?''
