Jennie let go of Seyram's hand when they reach a corner. She touched her racing heart and heaved a relief.
''That was her, right? The woman who tried to kill you a few days ago'' Jennie asked and Seyram nodded her head.
''Yes, she is the one''
''Then, why did you look like you were scared?''
''I wasn't scared. I was just reminded of something the moment I saw her. I didn't see it before but she really has the scales on her neck.
''What scales?''
''The scales of the serpent. Jennie, don't go near that woman if I am not around, okay?''
