"You'll find it in this cave, for sure," Ermos promised him, placing a hand on his pupil's shoulder. "Now, let's get going, shall we? We'll find something stronger to test your strength on."
Reluctantly, Pash led the way deeper into the cave, where the webs grew thicker and the air smelled even stranger. The floor was a mess of slime and corpses and the ceiling was completely covered in a layer of webs, hiding whatever hid up there from view.
"Find what's hiding," Pash told his spiders, seeing if their eyes and senses had a use that was beyond his. They seemed intelligent enough – as though they understood every word he said, no matter how complex it was, for - at his command - they climbed onto the webs like rope and ran their way up into the thicker webbing of the ceiling, apparently having found something.
"Creepy," Ermos stated with a shiver. He truly hated spiders.
