"Good work, Pash," Ermos praised from his position high above the ground. He looked up the Giant King's back after dodging another flying hand that had come his way. There was still a great distance to go. Soon he would draw level with the clouds and then he'd still have to make his way to the head after that.
He grew lazy seeing it. He briefly considered trying to burrow his way through its back and attacking it like that. But he had already got a sense of the creature's toughness from its manhood. Even that soft and fleshy part of his body had been difficult to cut through. The only place on its body with any true vulnerability was likely its eye.
"Well, I'd better get going," he said, establishing a new climbing technique in his head. He leapt off the Giant's back and freed his sword, only to land a little higher up, burrowing his sword in once more to hold his position.
