Everyones first battles went by pretty quickly, I mean everyone who you expected to win won. Like Todoroki completely destroyed his first match Bokugo as well. Midoriya won last second, but I had a feeling he was going to advance. It was now my turn against Urarka, she's a nice girl but I wanted to beat her. If I beat her I go against Bokugo and that's going to be quite a hard match.
I was in the waiting area waiting for my match to be called and I heard my door open. I looked over to see the beautiful half and half boy walk up to me.
"Todoroki?"
"Hi." He said in his usual monotone voice.
"I came to wish you luck."
"Not to sound cocky or anything but I think I have a better advantage then her with my electricity along with my floating quirk." I said seriously.
Todoroki sat next to me.
"I hope your right, either way you have to fight Bokugo next, and you know that's not going to be easy despite the encounter you two had at the beginning of the year."
"Yeah I know, well I have to worry about this match first though." I gave a him a soft smile.
"Just be careful." He put his hand on my shoulder and gave me a small kiss on the lips sending shivers down my spine. I started to blush a bit before Midoriya came through the door.
"Hey (y- oh was I interrupting something I can leave." He said pointing at the door.
"No no no, you weren't interrupting anything at all. I honestly I thought you would be with Uraraka!" I waved my arms in the air I took a glance at Todoroki, but he was just looking down like he was thinking.
"I'll leave you two." He got up and left leaving me and midoriya alone.
"Is he okay?" Midoriya asked nervously shaking his finger still pointing at the door.
He was facing midoriya after my match and he did have that talk with him before the 1v1s even started.
"I think he'll be fine." I gave him a reassuring smile and he slightly smiled back.
"Did you need something?" I politely asked him. I honestly thought he would be with Uraraka giving her tips on how to beat me the whole time.
"Oh I just came to say good luck on your match against Uraraka! It's going to be interesting since your quirks are so similar! Besides the electricity." He then made a thinking face.
"Oh well thank you!" I looked at the clock. Oh shoot I couldn't be late into the match!
"Oh! I have to go, bye Midoriya!" I ran out the room into the enter of the arena waiting for them to call my name.
"Okay next up we have Ochaco Uraraka form class 1A!" Everyone clapped and cheered for Uraraka
"Vrs (y/n) (l/n) her classmate!" I then came walking out and the crowd was so big. I seen pretty much all of class 1A and major hero's and so much more people. I couldn't help but get a little bit nervous.
"Begin!"
I was shocked as Urarka came running towards me. I layed out the facts in my head.
Okay, You know if she touches you she can throw you out of balance with her zero gravity. The only thing with my quirk is that I feel the weight of the person after I pick them up.
I had no time to think. I used my floating quirk to push her away in the air. She started sliding on the dirt making her stop before she went out of balance.
"It's not going to be that easy (y/n)!" Uraraka started coming at me with constant attacks making me use my electric that majorly destroyed the ground and still took a lot out of me.
"Sorry (y/n) but you were following my plan all along."
The destroyed ground and big rocks started to float in thr air.
"Release!" Urarka yelled.
Without thinking I used my electricity to make me run extremely fast, I floated Urarka in the air and pushed her our of balance.
"Urarka is out of balance.. (Y/n) WINS!"
I fell to my knees. I was tired. I feel like my electricity got stronger throughout the sports festival, which is a great thing.
I went over to Urarka, she looked defeated and sad. She muttered "daddy" and had small cuts on her face. It make me sad I had to do this to her.
"Please move out of the way! Were going to heal her up in the nurses office!" The robots came with one of those hospital bed thingies. (I forget what there called lol)
I walked out the arena with a sad face. I hated hurting people. Especially nice people, but what can you do? It's the sports festival it's going to happen and plus she will be as good as new when recovery girl heals her.
I went to go find Todoroki since his match was next. But instead of finding Todoroki I found... His father?
"There you are." He said in a deep voice making me nervous, because he is the #2 hero after all.
"Oh u-uh hi?" I questioned, he stood there with a normal looking face. What could he possibly want from me? Then a thought came into my head.. No he didn't find out about me and Todoroki right?
"I just wanted to say that your match out there was good, the way you outplayed that girl with your Quirk, was amazing, and if I recall your the daughter of Allmight." My eyes widened. I forgot almost everyone knows now.
"O-oh thank you sir, and yes I am, but I-I have to go now." I started walking off in a fast pace torwards Todoroki's waiting room. He was fighting Midoriya next. I hope this fight would be more interesting then the other one he had to be honest.
"Hey." I said once I walked into Todoroki's waiting room.
In my suprise he got up and pulled me into a hug.
"U-uh okay?" My voice was full of confusion but I still slowly hugged him back of course.
"Afriad your going to lose?" I teased him.
He pulled away and chuckled at my comment, and then went back to being serious.
"Well first I would like to say congratulations on your win."
"Well thank you." I gave him a sweet smile, and that made him smile back at me even though I'm sure he was trying not to.
" What you said about my left side earlier. I'm sorry, I don't think I can use my left side, every time I look at it, all I see is my mother crying and then it reminds me of my monster of a father." He held his left arm In front of him with no emotion.
"It's okay Todoroki, I understand, I just hope that one day you realize your the only one that can control what you do with your left side." I told him sadly.
" That's exactly what I'm talking about. I don't want to hurt people with my left side." Or sound like he was getting more agrivated the more tthat we talked about it. So I just stayed silent.
"Good luck Todoroki." I said as soon as they called his name to go to the arena. He nodded his head at me and left. Sometimes I wonder what goes on in that Boys mind.
I made my way to the stadium and seen Urarka.
"Hey Urarka, I'm sorry for hurting you." I frowned
"Oh no! Don't worry about it (y/n)! I'm just glad you didn't hold back." She smiled brightly at me.
"BEGIN" I heard midnight yell.
I didnt even noticed the match started. Like I expected Todoroki used his right side but this time Midoriya broke through it? That was surprising since he was a first. The force sent Todoroki back and he created an ice sheild behind him so he wouldn't go out of balance. Todoroki threw more ice attacks at Midoriya causing him to break more of his fingers to block it. Todoroki then created a piller of ice, he climbed it so he could get closer to Midoriya. Midoriya then started to use his left hand to break his fingers.
Jeez this fight is intense. I hope neither one of them get too hurt.
Todoroki then jumped in the air to get closer to Midoriya to try and punch him with a freezing punch, but Midoriya dodged it. Todoroki expanded his ice until it reached Midoriya's foot. Midoriya then used a full power smash on his arm!
They really need to stop this fight, it's going overboard now.
They kept on fighting and then they started talking from a distance? What is Midoriya doing? Todoroki was now reaching his limit for his right side. He was shaking and ice was forming on his arm and a little on his cheek. Todoroki looked mad really mad. The loving eyes I once recognized was filled with anger.
Todoroki then started attacking Midoriya again but he was slower and his attacks were not as big. This is not good.
Right when Todoroki lifted his right foot Midoriya striked Todoroki in the stomach with his quirk.
I stood up and my eyes widened. That punch looked like it hurt a lot.
Todoroki managed to freeze Midoriya's broken arm as he got knocked back from his punch. Right when Todoroki recovered from the punch, he tried to freeze Midoriya again, but his attack was much too slow and was easy for Midoriya to dodge it. Todoroki rushes Midoriya again but he hit him with one of his smashes.
Even with Midoriya's fingers broken he keeps blocking them just making his fingers look horrific. Todoroki tried to freeze him again, but Midoriya presses his thumb against his cheek to blast Todoroki back.
Todoroki then starts talking to Midoriya. They were both way past there limit. This fight really needed to stop.
Midoriya then headbutts Todoroki in the chest. And yells something to him. I wasnt sure what he yelled I was too far to hear anything.
Frost started to fill Todoroki's body, but he also seemed to be frozen in shock, like he was remembering something. I was really hoping he was going to be okay, same with Midoriya, they both looked like shit if I'm being honest.
Midoriya then rushes Todoroki again with another punch sending Todoroki to the ground.
He needs to use his left side its the only way.
"BE YOUR OWN HERO." I heard Midoriya shout from the arena. Wait... Was he helping Todoroki? Was that what he's been doing this whole time? I was shocked, Midoriya didn't care about winning, not at all, instead he was trying to help Todoroki use his left side.
Then Todoroki revealed his flames. I smiled a bit, because he finally realized that he can be his own hero. I need to thank Midoriya for opening his eyes later.
Todoroki then rushed towards Midoriya with full power and so did Midoriya. Oh wait this is bad, someone's going to get extremely hurt.
They finally put a wall in between them indicating that this fight has gone too far. But that didnt stop them at all, the walls broke down as if they were nothing! I gasped at the sight. You couldn't see anything but smoke and destruction.
After a few seconds the smoke finally cleared showing a extremely hurt Midoriya out of balance, he fell from the wall he was leaning on down to the ground. Todoroki stood in balance with half of his shirt ripped revealing his sexy abs, and he looked out of breath. I mean I dont blame him that was a hard fight.
"Midoriya is out of balance.. Todoroki wins!" The crowd cheered for Todoroki and Endeavor was walking down the stairs of the stadium proud.
I went to go and find Todoroki to see if he was alright. I ran down to where you exit the arena was, and saw him.
"Shoto!" I then stopped in my tracks when I seen him talking to his father. They both looked at me... Well this is akward.
"Oh u-um I'll leave you guys." I started to turn around.
"You can stay (y/n)." Todoroki yelled back at me making me stop In my tracks. Endeavor looked at me weird and continued to talk to Todoroki.
"The daughter of Allmight." Endeavor walked up to me making me nervous once again.
"I have a question for you. If your Allmights daughter. Why don't you have his quirk." I froze how was I suppose to explain that.
"I must have gotten my mother's.." I said quietly
"How unlucky." He then walked off.
I looked at Todoroki.
"Sorry about that." He mumbled coming up to my side. He still looked worn out, but he also looked sad.
"Don't be. Are you okay?" I asked looking over to him with a worried expression.
"I'm just confused, is all." He confessed.
"Midoriya opened my eyes a bit, along with you (y/n), but I think I still need to talk through stuff with my mom." That's right, he havnt seen his mom in while.
"I think that's a good idea." I gave him a soft smile.
Todoroki then put his arm around me. Making me blush.
"Your match against Bokugo is next." He had a little worry in his voice.
"Be careful." He looked at me. His eyes weren't serious or Joking, they were filled with worry.
"I'll be fine, yes it is Bokugo but I'll try my Best." I stopped in my tracks and gave him a kiss on the lips, just to make him feel better.
"Go get cleaned up. I have to get ready anyways."
"Okay, remember be careful." He said in a soft voice.
We then went our separate ways.
I thought about going to see Midoriya, but I didn't have time. My match was going to start soon and I wanted to be completely focused.
