Revan was back together with his group in the Wastelands again.
Revan: I see our numbers have dropped once more but not many have left since last time. I'm going to say it again but you should all know what day it is... it is testing day for the end of the first week of Hell Month. I can already see the improvement in your bodies and I'm sure you can feel the difference in strength and energy levels.
"Our benefits are all thanks to you"
"You're the one who's been training and feeding us"
Revan: Without your efforts we wouldn't be here, so pat yourselves on the back when you need reassurance.... but for now, you guys can start on your run..........
Revan watched them as they completed their workout. "Damn, not only can I see their improvement in real time, I can also see their work ethic as well. All of it has improved."
It was the end of the workout, it was the same as the first test. Everyone was drenched in sweat but one thing was different. No one was huffing and puffing, no one was struggling to breathe and panting profusely as they gasped for air. These men were still walking around and talking, however, it was with slightly unnatural breathing. The worst of them had to take a seat to get a breather and the rest were only fairing much better.
The group went to grab their meals and brought them in front of Revan. They all took a seat and started devouring their food. Some of the men were waiting for Revan but some were hungry so they ate right away.
Revan: Eat, eat, there's no reason to wait for me. But I want you guys to leave at least one ear open so you can hear me. I'm going to be talking about the second week of Hell Month.
"Sir.... while we're eating?"
"Now the food doesn't taste as good"
"Talk about a buzz kill"
Revan: In life you won't always hear what you like. So either learn to deal with it or remove the issue altogether. But enough wise words from me..... this is about the workout for the second week. So, you know how currently you're doing.... 100 pushups, 60 pull-ups and 150 squats. Tomorrow is your rest day but the day after tomorrow, your new workout is going to be this.....
