With light blinding my vision, my eyes were stunned making me unable to see anything for a period of time. After an unknown amount of time, I opened my eyes again, but this time my eyes have adapted to it so no lights blocked or blinded my vision.
The first thought that came into my mind once I saw the surroundings was 'Colorful' the colors were so bright and many that i blinded him mentally making him blank out for some time.
It had been a long time ever since he had seen such bright colors, or rather even colors. He only saw the world as a black and white world with nothing to feel fascinated about.
However, the scenery in front of him was just so colorful that it shocked his soul and made him have a sparkle of fire within his heart again. Although it was weak, it existed therefore he had the chance of seeing the world in a colorful way again.

With green vines hanging down from big trees, rays of sunshine slipped in within the space between the branches of the trees.
The trees were 10 meters tall as they stood up straight within the area he was in now. The vine hanging down seemed to be within close range as they hung down right above his face.
Reaching out to grab it, he saw something different. Instead of the usual human hands he had, he didn't expect a miniature sized arm with some little scales to appear and strive to the vine. Although he was surprised, it wasn't by much as emotions such as surprise have long died within him.
Unfortunately, the arm he was controlling right now couldn't reach the vine no matter what even though it looked so close to him.
After trying for a few minutes, he finally decided to get up and reach the vine himself. But he didn't know if he could properly stand up since the whole situation was bizarre.
Trying to reason with common sense would only be idiotic.
I tried using my arm as a support to stand up, but right as I got up, I lost my balance making me fall to the ground helplessly.
But from the lying position, I at least changed into a sitting one making me closer to the vine above.
Trying once again, I reached my hand out to strive to the vine and fortunately, I was able to make it.
Immediately upon grabbing the vine, he pulled with all his strength resulting in him getting raised into the air while grabbing the vine. Holding tight onto the vine. he threw his other hand at it, grabbing it firmly.
After grabbing it with both his hands, he started climbing steadily. After climbing for some minutes, he finally reached the top where the vine was hanging from the branch of the tree.
Standing on the vine, he looked over the surrounding area and spotted a rabbit peacefully feeding on grass about 10 meters away.
Upon the sight of a rabbit, his stomach unintentionally grumbled which showed how hungry he was. Of course, he couldn't just ignore his physical desires to else he could possibly die although unlikely.
He didn't want to die right after getting transmigrated into a new and absurd world.
...
Precisely calculating the distance, I jumped from the branch, lightly landing on the ground. After landing on the ground, I quietly walked over to the rabbit while taking trees as cover.
After some time, he finally reached where the rabbit was just about a meter away from it.
Locking on the rabbit with his eyes, he quietly waited behind the bush.
One second, two seconds, three seconds, four seconds....
On the tenth second, he lunged at it, grabbing the rabbit by the ears and then clenched his fist before strongly punching the stomach. The punch almost tore apart the rabbit but due to the rabbit tightening its body in the last moment, it survived.
But he didn't stop there, he tore apart the legs of the rabbit making it bleed in large amounts. The rabbit resisted in the meantime with all its strength but it couldn't escape the grasps of Nord ultimately leading to his death.
Nord wasn't shocked or surprised at all, he had killed before. He had conducted various experiments on animals and had tried to study their purposes but it failed. It all just ended up becoming a bloody mess, he wasn't a professional at all.
But through the experience, he had become more adaptable to bloody things.
Not to mention that, he didn't feel any emotion from this at all. It was as if there was someone telling him that this was how it was supposed to be. That he was always the one hunting and others was always the one to become food for him.
The law of the jungle.
