The door to the metal room opened. It revealed a seemingly endless passage. It would seem that this place was infamous for its frustrating displays of infinity.
The lights caught my eye. They were almost like the chandelier but only in the most med-evil sense. They weren't the usual lights one would expect to find in the passages of a secret lair; not that I possessed any knowledge about the way one goes about the interior designing of a secret lair. In all honesty, I called it a secret lair but it most resembled the corridors of a government facility. The type of place that could inspire all sorts of conspiracies and would make one feel like a terrorist in one's own country about to be tortured for Intel.
