The dungeon gave off an ominous feeling the moment we stepped inside the place. It was as if we were thrown into a different dimension, alien of our own. The cobblestone walls and the stone pavement that we were stepping on gave off a loud and echoey footsteps bouncing off of the walls and into the dark empty hallways, Zel-sama looking at the dark hallway with a pair of eyes that seems to be glowing in the darkness "Puru?" Puru circling above my head giving us a wide range of light, we continued walking
Zel-sama then stopped me from walking "5 low tier spirits…handle them brat…" he pushed me in front of him "I'll be on guard" he said as he disappeared into thin air
The screeches of the spirits can be heard from across the halls. It was ear piercing, the sound of them collectively screaming my way is ear piercing. I raised my arm preparing for a flame spell "IGNITE" the floor in front of me gave off a bright glow, and in a split second the moment the spirits appeared in front of me a fiery explosion happened burning all of them into dust, leaving small purple rocks that seemingly have a faint glow in their centers
I picked it all up and threw it at Puru

I activated my skill but somebody immediately covered my eyes "Don't use your skill on something immediately you brat!"
I forced his hand out of my hand and glared at him "What's the problem?!" I asked him annoyedly
Puru circling on both of us, I tilted my head a bit and stared at him blankly "Tell me…" I said as he rubbed his eyes with his fingers "Try scanning yourself and see if it will work perhaps?" he said with irritation on his face
I spoke and said "Stats!"
and my stats appeared on a semi-holographic like tablet looking thing that radiates the color orange

I looked at my status in disbelief, I turned my look at Zal-sama "Is this normal?" I asked him with a shocked face. He took it with a smirk "Of course not, even in the vampire race the normal int level plays around 5000 and 12000 and that's already considered as genius class…"
He tossed the tablet upwards and it disappeared into shapes before even falling
"Continue your path here and I'll be on watch"
I nodded
I picked up my pace and ran into the dark ominous hallways, Puru borrowed some of my magic and separated into 5 different blue flaming balls following me. And Puru being the original flame, he retained his dark blackish red color
We encountered several spirits while I'm running, but before we reached them I already pierced them with my ice magic. It worked as expected and letting the Puru's eat the stones saved me some time of picking them up
after running into the endless hallway for half a day I eventually felt like I'm starving, but I still continued running into the hallway and eventually reached a red gate
I stopped in front of it and a gust of wind followed after me since I was running in at an extremely high speed
I touched the gate and something grabbed my hand away "That's the middle guardian of the floor, are you sure you're ready?" I looked at Zal-sama and nodded, as well as the Puru's around me
he sighed " brat… anyways have your food" he threw a red sphere at me
I caught it and stared at it and realized it was blood "Thanks!" I said with a smile but he's already gone I the ball rest on my hand and the blood inside the orb immediately flowed into my hand,
and into my digestive system processing it so I don't die of shock since the magical output within the item can potentially kill me

I looked around for him, but as usual he's not around. I walked into the huge hall behind the red gate and saw a single light illuminating the center of the hall, and what's resting at the center is nothing short of a monster, there was a throne erected at the center with a huge skeletal corpse that seemed to be a couple hundred years old by now. It was wearing a brown run down robe and a black metallic staff on his other hand. I sent one of my Puru clones to the center.
but the moment it got 1 meter close, a white ghoulish hand grabbed the Puru from the ground and dragged it down with it. The Puru was gone for sure since I felt a sting in my heart like something got cut, maybe it was the bond…
I turned my look back at the skeletal figure and its eye sockets produced two small blue flames acting as its pupils. The figure shook a bit and it gained movement in that same minute. It stood up and spread its arms wide as it floated up, blue flames lit up the unlit torches around the halls and countless amounts of small wisps appeared above us like stars in a dark night…
I looked at the skeletal figure with a blank expression, but the figure's intent was undetectable since it has no facial feature other than what was left from its skull.
It flew towards my direction at high speed and I sent a fireball at it's direction in an instant, but it's barrier was of decent level so my fireball got deflected."Tch" I said as I ran in Mach 3
the sonic boom from my run had disoriented the skeletal figure, the thing turning its look at all directions to where I might be, but in a flash I sliced up its arm dismembering it from the thing
the skeletal figure became enraged and countless ghoulish hands emerged from the ground pulling themselves up. I immediately burned them while I still had the chance, and as I burnt down the emerging undead, I hopped high into the air, bit my finger and summoned a bow made of my blood and a shadow arrow created with magic… I pointed the arrow at the skeletal figure, and as I fall way high up I pulled the string and launched the arrow at it.
The arrow pierced through the skeleton's skull, and the flaming eyes it once had disappeared in an instant.
I spread my limbs and landed on my feet and barely felt the impact from the fall.
The skeleton became dust and left a fairly large magical gem. I picked it up and tossed it at Puru, and then he ate it. Puru glowed like the sun in an instant, when the light disappeared I looked back at him. His glow was much more orange? And he grew a little "Appraise…" I said as I looked at him

I looked at his stats and noticed the race… it says [Vampire flame]. What does that even mean? I looked at Puru with a puzzled expression but I just shrugged it off. I flicked my finger and he disappeared.
The room went dark, the only light were the blue faint torches on the walls
I looked around searching for a way out but there was none, even the red gate
disappeared.
I summoned Puru again but he won't appear… I used a regular fireball that was fueled continuously with my mana and made it brighter and brighter to light up the room. But the fireball accidentally became too bright for some reason, I covered my face with my arms and when I opened my eyes again
I can feel a light breeze blowing against my hair… the sound of the birds chirping, in front of me wasn't a cobblestone dungeon but a lush evergreen forest… a forest that seemingly wasn't touched by any industrialization or mankind's greed… "This place… is beautiful…" I said with wide shocked eyes…
but while I was looking around I saw a hooded figure behind me "ACK!" I exclaimed while I back away
I feel like the hooded figure's smirking at me "HAH! what a scaredy cat!!!" his voice was like a teenage singer of some sorts? It was pretty to hear yet his demeanor's kind of annoying… "Who are you?" I asked him as I raised one of my eyebrows.
He didn't remove his hood but I heard him snickering under it "Let me ask you that question first… who are you?"
pressing my lips together I feel like I'm being interrogated "Yggdris Arge-" he cut me off mid sentence
he wagged his finger at me "Nope! I mean who are you… Takeo…"
my eyes widened as sweat drips off of my face "I-" the moment I blinked I was back in the dungeon and had passed out for several hours judging from the stone marks on my skin. And I also saw Zal-sama sleeping against a wall
I looked around and the room was empty… and there was no breeze nor chirping birds.
Zal-sama got woken up "Oh, you're finally awake" Zal-sama said with a peaceful smile on his face
I threw a fireball at him and my footing burst into flames "HOT!!!!"
Zal-sama looked at me with a stern look on his eyes "I greeted you decently and this is what I get?!"
I was running away from his flames

I was sitting on the ground and can't even look at him in the eye, I was just pouting there silently "I thought you were also a dream!"
He bashed me on the head "THAT'S NOT HOW YOU CHECK IF THE PLACE YOU ARE IN IS AN ILLUSION, DREAM OR NOT!!!"
My eyes narrowed with a pout "I don't want you around me anymore…"
he clicked his tongue "Well, guess what? That makes two of us" he said before vanishing into the darkness.
