"Let's go to the Royal Palace!"
Ouyang Xueqing gave Furball no chance to speak as she dashed toward the direction of the Royal Palace. Her blood was clamoring and every single cell in her body was boiling hot. Adrenaline rushed inside her veins and she felt like at this moment, she could transform into a dragon and soared up to the sky.
Her feet were light and steady, disregarding all the pain and soreness in her joints. Behind her, Furball floated with his feet an inch above the ground.
The journey which took almost half an hour by carriage was covered in ten minutes.
"Slow down." Furball whispered.
Even without him saying that, Ouyang Xueqing had already twisted her body and hid behind the wall of a nearby house, her head peering outside. "What is that?" she hissed with heavy breath.
