Below along the street was the scene of people jovially dancing around, cheering loudly, shouting 'Happy New Year' to each other, incomparably lively and boisterous. Meanwhile no one knew that up on the sky, a figure shot past with the speed of light whilst carrying someone on his arms. His breathing ragged and his eyes terrifyingly red.
His entire body felt unwell, and the cold wind sobered him up slightly. But when the girl on his arms wiggled a bit and the warm softness rubbed against his chest, the shock he felt was enough to make his knees soft and he almost tumbled down the roof. The fire on his body was enough to burn the both of them alive, and he sped up in an astonishing flash until the both of them became blur.
